After that, he shoot a few times the guy while in the floor, one of them in the head. The 3 police officers in the scene fled after the incident. A 2nd police car arrived and those inside took the guy to the hospital while the died. All 3 officers involved are in jail.

@masterjairo2012 His police 'backup' didn't have the balls to help him out. At that point, the officer in contact has to use any means necessary to stop the perp. Again, I don't condone the shots fired AFTER the first one hit the suspect, but I do agree with shooting someone to neutralize the threat he poses. Police have batons, pepper spray / bullets, or tazers that could've done the job MUCH better. Bottom line: take down techs or not, if he can't perform, he shouldn't be an officer.

Sorry, he shouldn't have fired that many shots, but he proved he had opportunity (to grab the gun), capability (totally knew what he was doing and almost had the gun), and intent (he's going for a gun... what do YOU think he's gonna do with it?) to shoot or kill an officer. The officer had every right to shoot and stop him, but not to fire that many shots into a downed man. So yes, he deserved what he got.

With the homicide rate in Puerto Rico at nearly 1,000 it is safe to assume that people are scared. You never know how your going to react in a situation where your life is in jeopardy. Guns + fear = tragedy
The moral of the story is don't play games with someone who has a gun. Don't resist arrest and certainly under no circumstance reach for the arresting officers gun. You should avoid agitating the situation by remaining calm. If all else fails hire a lawyer.

Again, I don't condone the shots fired AFTER the first one hit the suspect, but I do agree with shooting someone to neutralize the threat he poses. Police have batons, pepper spray / bullets, or tazers that could've done the job MUCH better. Bottom line: take down techs or not, if he can't perform, he shouldn't be an officer.

The officer had every right to shoot and stop him, but not to fire that many shots into a downed man. So yes, he deserved what he got.

- The man grabbed the gun in the officer's holster and wouldn't let go.
- The man fires the gun into the upper thigh of the officer.
- The officer shot more than once; a typical reaction to someone who's life is threatened, and have been shot.
In my eyes it is the man's fault he is dead; not the cops.
