K so I have this phone there's a difference if u get it from koodo or telus. Koodo there's no email, games etc. But telus costs more. For both there's no custom ringtones and a 2.5 mm Jack witch is the smaller one so u need an accesory.

Don't Get this phone. I have it and it sucks. I took very good care of it never dropped it at all. and the problems are - music stops after 2-3 songs - buttons Start to not work after awhile - headphones are stupid - no games I could name alot more I would be best not to get this phone.

i have to agree with jaimelee4....the 9100 (keybo) is fun and all and great for texting, and interweb browsing but this phone is very cheaply built. If you have your phone in your pocket get ready for it making calls in your pocket with out you knowing. The buttons on the front are real sensative. Also my front speaker died. This phone is ok for texting but shit for calls.

imagine my disappointment when I find that physical keyboards are not only slower, but more limited in what they can do. :( I text seven times faster on a touch screen. no need to push anything down, just light touches.

koodo has a tab which is basically a contract and the keybo is 200 without the tab and 50 with it whichever one u choose it should be with koodo because they have all the telus features and stuff but with cheaper services. im getting the keybo in 2 onths and check it out at future shop theyre pretty helpful
