  • Your videos are so relaxing to watch, something about the way you speak is so calming haha!

  • Hi! First i have to tell you that ur awsome! I have learnt from you a lot! :D

I have one question: How to get rid of dry skin? I'm teenager and i have some spots and red circles on cheeks which i don't like...:S

What is the appropriate make up for me?

    Thanks a lot! :)

  • Thank you, Lisa, for being so strong and brave to show up in your real morning after look and share with us the secret of the metamorphose to a natural healthy looking girl! You are really an amazing woman! Admiration!

  • faar too long video, i looked at it for a minut and i became bored ! Do somthing fun, have a intresting bakround, colorful, ANYTHING !

    Good Luck :)

  • @tiniizz8 This was her very FIRST video EVER. I hate reading idiotic comments like this. Lisa's come a long way since this video, how bout checking out some of her other amazing vids before criticizing her first one ever? Ugh.

  • you're still a very beautiful woman)

  • lisa don't mind me asking this.....wat is a foundation? it is just because i watched so many videos about foundation n all those videos r saying different things bout foundation.

  • @MegaLaavanya she has a separate video on foundation

  • @cbalation thnx!!!!

  • what is that face wash called (first minute )? cant find it

    Thank you for your videos

  • i love the bourjois 10 hour sleep effect foundation, use it all the time! :)

  • i love the green ring that she has on :) i see that in loads of her videos and it always looks amazing!

  • My dehydrated skin appreciates me drinking loads of water rather than applying expensive creams that have only have a very short term benefit.

Dehydrated skin is a huge WARNING sign your body is sending you to say everything else in your body (particularly organs) are in desperate need of lots of water.

  • @aussiedonna50 Of course, if Lisa was a health guru, she'd mention that along with many other tips for bringing your body back to good health after a night out. But she's a beauty expert, so she's showing us how to *look* better after a night out.

It's a makeup video. Don't take it so seriously.

  • @emac059 Health & beauty are the same thing & you look better after a night out if you drink plenty of water.

You have a lot to learn

  • @aussiedonna50 she is showing us how to LOOK better, like emac059 said!!! Jeez weirdo.

  • @aussiedonna50 It says "makeup" on the video's title, why would you come in knowing that and yet still criticize her applying it? -__-

  • @catznose If you read what I wrote, I was talking about myself. I didn't criticise anyone. Better luck next time trying to pick an argument.

  • I hate that!!! The "dehydrated and greasy" look I swear it happens to me every time I try to look halfway decent after a night out. ugh!

  • Hi Lisa, would you recommend to use Oskia on dark asian/Indian skintone? thanks :-) x

  • Dear Lisa,

I wanted to say thanks for taking your time in making these videos.. You're an amazing artists, working with celebrities but still helping us out trying to get a bit of glamour into our lives as well.. You are absolutely beautiful and I wish you all the best in your life and career.. You remind me sooo much of Monica Belucci, I think you look absolutely gorgeous! Please keep up your spirit and most of all your amazing work!

    Kindest regards from the Netherlands!

  • Hi Lisa thanks for all ur amazing tutorials and tips, i realize that there's something i dont know about concelears and maybe it could make a huge change in my make up, so here the questions the concerler we use under the eyes for dar circles is different from the one we use in the rest of the face like blemishes and that? and second one does the conseler have to be lighter or darker than our won skin color??? thanks a lot

  • @lolitalolipo have a look at my basics 'concealer' video... hopefully you will find the answers you are looking for x

  • Lisa, you are so beautiful! You look like Jennifer Garner x

  • where in england are u from?

  • hey Lisa could you please suggest a nice makeup remover that wouldn't damage skin a most of them do.... I have fairly smooth skin and dont have to do much on it for concealing or coverage, so i just wanted o know if using makeup everyday would do any harm to my skin since i have already got good skin....

  • i cant just imagine how polished her kids would be THROUGHOUT their lives. Their momma's amazing

  • lisa, you're my new favourite youtube makeup artist! i love all of your makeup looks, and learn loads of stuff from all of them :)

i'm almost 15, i have quite bad spots and i'm really pale - could you recommend a good concealer?

also, could you maybe do a video on makeup tips for teens? thanks x x

  • Love the video, that get up and glow has an amazing effect but just googled it and it's £64.50, wow!!!

  • Ohhh. You made me want to go put moisturizer on. So good. (and I didn't even go out last night). X

  • Hi Lisa, Love your videos! Can you reccommend a good eye gel / reduce puffiness that I can purchase in the US? It seems as though YSX can only be purchased in the UK. Thanks!

  • why are all the best skin care products in london :(

  • You should try the NYX cream blushes! They are dirt cheap and completely awesome! I reccomend: Glow and Natural. They are beautiful colors with no shimmer. Dont get Golden and boho chick, as they have some bad shimmer/glitter in them. :)

  • Do you like using mabelline make-up, i haven't seen any in any of your videos! x

  • what did u mist ur face with?

  • Tricia Sawyer has FANTASTIC product called "eye slept". Stuff is AMAZING!!

  • What do you think about a good moisture rich lotion for the face? ? Being on a tight budget I sometimes use Olay Ultra Moisture Lotion with shea butter. Please let me know what you think, thank you

  • I love my Ole Henriksen dry/sensitive skin care routine...helps with my rosacea. Lovely video! Thanks.

  • Love it, but I can't seem to find part 2! Please guide me to it, would love to see the continuance of this video. You're amazing!

  • Hi, love this video, but I can't seem to find the Morning after make up PART 2, can you show me where to find it?

  • Hey Lisa,

Gosh, your videos are brilliant! How gorgeous you look at the end of every one!

A few quick questions - I tend to get very chapped lips in the Winter season - I apply vaseline all the time yet it doesnt seem to work as well! Is it possibly that applying too much lip balm can make your lips worse? Can you recommend any products that can make my lips nice and soft? Finally, can you recommend any serums etc or even exfoliates that are brilliant for losing black heads and closing pores? x

  • @MissThemeworks I find the same with vaseline as its mainly a barrier cream so its more for protecting than moisturising. There are loads of good lip balms around you dont need to but anything too expensive. I have two skincare videos which contain many recommendations for serums and exfoliators which help with blackheads and blocked pores. Have a look, you may find something of interest X

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom hi lisa what spray did you use on your face? xx

  • @MissThemeworks A miracle worker for blackheads is the Mario Badescu Silver Powder. I didn't believe it at first, but after the FIRST use your blackheads are simply gone. Honestly! BUT: They keep coming back. So I use it every three days and now it takes them longer to come back. Also: It's a powder, so it's difficult to work with (you apply it with a damp sponge on your face and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes - and you can't move otherwise all the powder would fall off).Just to let you know

  • @Kathiza1 thank you very much! I will be sure to check it out! where can I get it for the best price? xx

  • I love your vids! You talk a lot about hydrating the skin. What is the difference between moisturizing your skin and hydrating your skin? What are some good hydaraters to use?

  • God I love that Ole Henriksen Cleanser. The face mask and night cream from that same line are awesome for drier skin. My bf comments how nice my face smells too! Like yummy raspberries!

  • This is the best video ever!!! you are pure genius

  • Please can you do a video on covering acne scarring/pigmentation? I have awful marks/scars that are hard to cover but i have extremely sensitive skin so i can't use many heavy products specific for this.I've tried clinique anti blemish but it makes me breakout!

  • Thanks Lisa for the video! Helped me out this weekend when I had a family lunch to attend! Also, have you tried the new Clinique De-puffing eye serum? It really helped my bags to fade. ^ - ^

  • house of eldrige, that sounds like a high fashion boutique (:

  • I love how you apply mosterizter to your face. Is there a particular reason why you apply it that way. I normally do it in circular motions but have started to do it like you!

  • The Tutorial "Morning after" is so helpfull thank you so much for that.

I really felt this way yesterday...the only thing thats missing is something that will moisturize my skin but dont make it greasy because I tend to have a combination skin.

The OSKIA GET UP AND GLOW seems to be the perfekt product for that...especially because I'm in Holiday this summer and the weather tends to be very hot in Greece :-) Can you tell me where I can find it?

Thank you Lisa and kind regards, Vasiliki

  • this sounds crazy but chilled spoons put on your eyes the morning after the night before feel amazing. You look crazy putting and taking them out of the fridge though.

  • Hi Lisa - as a 40 something with pretty good skin, I don't want to layer too many products on my skin. I'm waiting for delivery of Get Up & Glow by Oskia - would this do the trick instead of a highlighter on my cheekbones? I previously used Chanel's blanc de chanel which was perfect, but i hate the clumsy jar and am trying to condense all my products.. Your vids are brilliant, thanks for posting them. x

  • this is an excellent interesting concept

  • i was just watching a boots dvd from a long time ago and i thought i'd recognised you from somewhere! great video :)

  • You have no idea how much this video has helped me. Thanks so so much. PS Having always spent a fortune on foundation I decided to try the Bourjois one - it is totally fab. I hope this is never discontinued as it is such great value.

  • Hi lisa, can you recommend any eye creams on a low budget. It doesn't need to be revolutionary, just something to brighten and protect?? Many thanks, great videos and advice!

  • is it true that we should not use products with light reflectors in them when we are taking pictures?

  • @LittleMrsMiddleton foundations with s small amount of light relectors in look great in pictures. However very shimmery or glittery highlighters should only be used on the contours (like upper cheekbones) otherwise they look too much especially with flash. x

  • Can we find the Oskia serum and the other products you mentioned in the video online? Thanks a lot!

  • Fantastic Vid such great tips!!! Luv it!

    Peace~

  • Another enjoyable and informative video :) Thank you Lisa x

  • Hi Lisa

I've just bought the Oskia serum and absolutely love it! Thank you so much for introducing me to such a great new brand. I'm also now using their exfoliator and day cream and I love them! Louis x

  • Hi Lisa, I love your videos they're very informative, thankyou taking time to make them! I was wondering what the mist that you sprayed on your face before using the Oskia serum? Louisa x

  • @cakeanyone The mist I sprayed on was by Omorovicza. Its a facialist brand which is coming out of Budapest and new here in the UK. Its called 'Queen of Hungary Mist' and is very nice. I might try some more of their products soon. Thanks for watching. Lisa x

  • @cakeanyone i think what she was spraying was the Dr. Haushka toner because i have the same one!

  • @SoFreshSoClean81 The spray she's using is Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist

  • I love love love your videos - such great tips.

(i have to ask - where did you get your ring? or what is the stone? it's beautiful!! :)

  • Hi Lisa,

Should I apply foundation under my eyes or is this a job only for concealer?

  • @shellekerr83 I've got just the video for you! I just finished making foundation and concealer tutorials which I'm going to post next week. I think you will find them really helpful. x

  • @shelleykerr83 the concealer and foundation tutorials are up, hope they answer your question x

  • Comment removed

  • @mahankme it shouldn't dry your skin out but it is an oil free foundation so you will need to moisturise your forehead with a moisturiser especially for dry skin (or a primer) first. This will help the foundation to go on evenly over your drier bits. Thanks for commenting x

  • You're amazing! :)

  • Thanks trstUslf!

er121tab regarding broken capillaries (I have them round my nose too) you need to use a good opaque concealer (a solid one) and a very small concealing brush. Make sure the concealer is an exact colour match for that area and using a small amount begin covering....as if you were 're-touching' a photo. Use the brush to blend in the edges so its invisible. Lisa x

  • Lisa - I think you're brill!! Thanks for this. Any tips for covering broken capillaries? I have them either side of my nostrils and a few small but slightly lumpy ones on my cheeks...

  • Thank you, you helped me not to over do it on Christmas.
