  • is that fucking fire in the back ground?

  • i like the guy at 0:50 head bangin

i want andy to know and any one who could possibly talk to him let him know i said congrats but im goin to beat him im 14 and deadlift 430 already so i will catch you

  • its almost dangerous to lock out at that point i wouldn't be surprised if you just folded up and died ahha its true!

  • I laugh at the comments made by the Form Police. Instead of vainly trying to criticize an epic, almost supernatural lift, they should simply bow their heads in awe!!

  • didn`t lock out.... tsk tsk.. push your hips out, shoulders back...

  • He never locked his knees or hips. You can see it right at 3:05 - 3:06. He's definitely strong, but just didn't actually deadlift it according to the rules. Sure the judges approved it, but just consider the federation and their lack of integrity.

  • @DearJimWendler You can't really lock out your knees with 1008lbs on the bar without risking some serious injuries. His hips were fully extended and knees as close to lockout as they can safely get which is what the judge looked for.

  • @Midgert89 If you can't lock your knees with 1008lbs on the bar, then it's not really a legit deadlift, right? Look in any rulebook and it specifically says the knees must be locked. Period. That's the problem with these feds....anything goes. Lifters for lifters...lol. What a joke. They pass anything just so people can say they hosted a meet with the biggest numbers.

  • @DearJimWendler

his knees were locked, he just has big legs unlike you where we can still see the joints.

  • @Midgert89 Honestly, if you have built up to 1,008, it's like me doin 500. And there are tons of "risks" with just deadlifting 1,008 anyway. So if you can't complete the lift to meet the rules, then you don't do that amount of weight.

You can say a guy benching 500, 600, 700, 900, 1000 shouldn't lock out so he doesn't risk his elbows. Where does it end? Who decides what weight is too "risky"? THis argument is ridiculous lol.

  • @Midgert89 But with that retarded argument aside, his legs were locked.

  • song at 0:31?

  • 1:37 i dont think i could deadlift anything with that kind of music playing lmao

  • @MrRudimentality that was ridiculous haha

  • holy shit he almost collapsed after that haha SOMEONE GET THAT MAN A PROTEIN SHAKE! STAT!
