Kernels Overview Pt 1

I appreciate the kernels. I was fortunate to see the simple gifts of attentiveness shared with an elders in our community. The practice was very effective and condones the positive attribute we want to see in ourselves, families, schools, communities and so on. Positive redirection compliments this style but the kernels are more attuned to hear, feel and speak to what communicator is sharing. I have worked with my school on bullying and education dev. but found favorable outcomes w/ kernels.
