nice video! haha i love the "Jump (obviously" part haha,) :D also how can i fix my double kong? i get the first hand plant, and the jump to second hand plant, but when i bring my feet down to land, my feet hit the edge of the table on my exit, and im like, what the heck?
@TXSTEPHENTX : I'd have to see your double kong to give the most helpful advice, but I'm going to assume the problem is that you don't extend your legs all the way on the second kong, as that is a common problem. notice at 0:39 that I extend my body as far as possible after the first kong and form at least a 45 degree angle with the table top. If you do this, it will make it a lot easier to come out of it without hitting your feet on the surface your performing the technique on. Good Luck! =]
i think you are right, i even see that i dont extend my legs, like you said :0 i will make a video haha so, maybe sometime tommorow or wednesday:D ill show you it,
@coanjo94: I'm assuming you're talking about kongs. Most people's problem is that they try to swing their feet through their hands, but you should actually be pushing off with your hands into the air before your feet go over the obstacle - Your feet should not pass your hands while they are on the obstacle. Also, when setting up for the kong, your body should not be perpendicular with the ground during the take-off, but rather forming an acute angle with the obstacle inside. Good luck!
awsum, i luv parkour check out vid plz , i only started and i can kong vault , dash vault , kash vault , speed vault, lazy vault, and one u forgot to mention the... split vault and many more things : )
Pretty darn good.. I usually lift weights and I try to run some, since I don't got the body controll to do all that stuff.. Never ever made a backflip on a trampoline for instance :p
HAHA GAWD I love watching this, over and over. Really helps me every time I see it, motivates me to go beyond the norm, even though I crossed that line awhile ago.
And i'm not insulting the people that say that... It's just a matter of developing the ability to see things in different ways. Just trying to help 'em out.
Lol ~ Yeah, i need a tripod. The shape of this thing stinks.
And thanks @ 3 :P
Aside from all that though, i don't care enough about the video to remake it haha, it wasn't supposed to look good or have epic music or anything... just trying to prove a point.
Pero muchas gracias para (um, however you say 'the tips') lol
nice , i like it !

@coanjo94 jump higher then you feel is nessesary on your first couple runs towards the object and youll be able to gauge it better from that
