Close your Fed Chartered Bank Accounts! Close them this week.
Open a State Chartered Credit Union account instead.
Hit them where it hurts. They use your 'money' and with fractional reserve , loan it out at 10-30Xs that amount. Call them on it and CLOSE your account.
Then buy some Physical Silver and/Or Gold.
Barter, go to Farmers markets, Pay No More Kosher Tax.
No more blood money. They declared war on us....turn the tables.

My suggestion for the one demand: WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK! It's simple, everybody who has ever felt ripped off can identify with it and it would sound absolutely ominous when shouted in unison by 20,000 angry people.
