The second time I heard the shofar was after we had a snow storm in Idaho, I can't recall the date at this moment, but it was around 3:24 a.m., it blew 3 sounds which I believe is the 2nd call, I was to look at my backyard. a few days ago i think i heard a shofar (within the last 7days). it was in the evening. i heard at least 2 blasts possibly more. a hockey game was on the radio and i heard it through over the game. i thought i was hearing something from the hockey crowd, but i have ever heard that before while listening to hockey radio. and i thought of your video. it was a very distinct sound and was not loud but i could pick it up over all the other noise. did anyone else hear a shofar recently?

Because my boyfriend was not a believer until one night i told him i wanted to show him the stars. i use the shofar in the church where i go in corpus christi ,texas and i really love useing it all the time , i also go to a church in houston texas called christian life center in humble right off of hiway 59 on rankin road ,

pastor rodriguez lets me use it during praise , and they know i love to worship God . i am 62 years old and i also wave a streamer and for all you men out there don't be ashmed to honor God and his son Jesus .

During an early morning hour of June 6, 2010, I heard the shofar here in Orlando, Florida. I was awake and it was still dark outside when I heard at least three long blasts of the shofar, with each separated by a moment of silence. They were distant, yet I definitely heard them. I believe the UofA has tried to figure out what it is, But so far they have come up empty handed, They have plenty of theories as to what it is but no proof. Last year, in July, I taught a sister to blow the shofar. She tried for at least 2 hours but was unsuccessful. I told her to go back (she stayed 2 doors away), practice & I believe the Holy Spirit will teach her and show her how to blow the Shofar if that is her desire to blow it. It was later at about 10.30pm when a heard the tekiah gedola, the long blast!! The next morning I heard the same blast again and i thought to myself, well, this sister really did learn to blow!!

I never heard a trumpet but last summer (2009) I was working on my car. I had it up on ramps and was laying under it. My head was next to the drivers side wheel. My husband uses shofar when the Lord commands him to. Two summers ago I was awaken w/ long shofar blast, lasted close to 3 mins. I truly thought it was my husband outside. I looked at the clock when it was over and it was 3:33am. I went right back to sleep. Next day i asked him was it him and he said no.
