  • @nick00580 Practise! :) build finger strength, unless it's guitar issue like a worn fret

  • @jwood5150 Yeah it worked the same day but only when i place the side on my fret in place of my finger itself.Oh yeah,im learning this song but i want it to play WITHOUT pick cause im used to playing this way but i wonder if i get this speed in the future cause its a verry fast song and i only can play the first 17 notes ( excluded the high note )

  • That jacket is just wrong! Why would someone want to scratch such a nice guitar (top) with the zipper on his sleeve?

  • That's very good ! Like Zakk

  • Seeing a happy gentleman smiles while playing guitar, makes me want to grab my guitar and just randomly jam. You're one hell of a guitar player, keep entertaining my and others ears with your fingers. I will cover this as accurate as you, hopefully. Cheerz

  • No 11 people were not alright.

  • "Yeah! I'm alright!"

  • 2:49 to 3:01 WTF?????? o.O

  • Quite surprised at this performance. I've nothing against people being very proficient at an instrument but he really wanked the s**t out of this performance in parts. Did not like

  • Anyone know what those pickups are?

  • @HerringSamuel Those are C22 pickups on his Carvin Guitar!

  • i can play the intro only can someone do a great great tutorial ?? please ..:(

  • @izzatizzat25619 why do you need someone to do a tutorial?........open google on web browser......download and install "tux guitar" software.....search for "neil zaza I'm alright guitar pro tabs".......download the song's guitar pro file and open in tux guitar....there you have all tabs in front of you being played and you can start learning.......even without a guitar pro there are lot of tabs online.

  • wow, steve vai sig amp

  • his guitar comes a little out of tune in the midle of the song

  • @ChronicMovies

I am surprise the guitar is still holding up after 2:49 to 3:01,

  • 2:49 wtf ?

  • @mifa123456789 that's a wonderful sweep dumbass

  • I'm speechless.

  • wow i love this song kk

  • This song reminds me of when i used to smile when i played. Its a bitter sweet feeling

  • i at least listen to this 5 times a day =P

  • it sounds like a cliffs of dover, kind of....

  • this song is sex to my ears

  • 2:50-3:00 take me thousand year to play that sweeping..X)

  • @sludge696 i'm no great guitar player by any means and it took me about 2-3 weeks to play it . you should give it a try : )

  • @Slitherous1 when i play that part.. its too sloppy.. errmm..maybe next time i play that part.. :)

  • Going to Carvin was such a smart move, his tone is a million times more badass now. It was already good, but, there's definitely a major difference.

  • At 3:40 you can hear (and see by the look on his face) that one string is out of tune.

  • @n00bje Not only at 3:40...

  • @n00bje I think he just hit a sour note. because a lot more parts would sound off if the string was out of tune

  • @n00bje It's not out of tune; at 3.40 Neil goes into a hybrid picking riff. One thing I can say about Carvin's is that they stay in tune. With the Sperzals, tuning is rarely, if ever an issue.

  • @n00bje not really dude sorry :)

  • @n00bje that's neil's playing, not the guitar.

  • Why is neil zaza always smiling while he plays this song?

  • @stockok because he does what he loves

  • @stockok music is all about feelings, it wouldnt sound good if he would play this with a face expression like stewen hawkings

  • @Jamalsish

"Feeling" has very little to do with the funny faces one might make. It has more to do with the actual dynamics of your playing. If you play every note exactly the same, then you'd be playing with no feeling. Add the vibrato, slides, pick scrapes, and all that other added stuff, BOOM you've got feeling.

  • It's kinda like Sweet Child meets Glasgow Kiss

  • how can you dislike this?

  • You can't help but smile when you hear the melody of this song.

  • I am so critical of electric guitar players, especially flash Americans who are all notes and no real music....my big thing is classical guitar, but hell when you watcg this you get everything you could ever want from a musical experience. Its a wonderful composition, superbly played with so much virtuosity and soul and a huy who radiates the joy of playing and music. Im well and truly knocked dead by this guy. Rock on neil Zaza, you really have'it' man!

  • I remind everyone that arfurlife's "all notes and no real music" criticism makes no literal sense - It's just what snobby pricks post when they can't resist tacking their emotional baggage onto compliments. All music is notes; so how is all-notes not inherently music? And why is this limited to the country of Flash-America? You can skip the whole process he went through to appreciate this song if you just got your hangups out of the way in the first place.

  • @marcwormjim I believe his comment referred to some people that are only into mindless shredding. Those kind of people focus on notes per second, not really about putting emotion into the music. You took his comment too literal.

  • @guitardan788 Thanks for clearing that up, my bitch.

  • @marcwormjim You're welcome buddy.

  • 2:49 - 3:00 pizdec.................

  • What kind of pickups are they?

  • he seems so happy. I remember smiling like that when i played. I dont smile much when i play anymore lol

  • Sometimes it appears as if he's reaching for a tremolo arm.

  • @Intorqueo629 You may be right, but I thought it was just him switching the pickups. But it's possible, I've done that before.

  • @TheFireball100 after every time he does it, the pickup switch is in a different position i checked

  • @TheAlexkru yeah, makes sense then. :)

  • Awesome! Neil, you are my idol! \m/

  • Very nice cover. Watch my version @ my channel.

  • @michaelsss Cover? This is Neil Zaza himself, lol

  • @michaelsss

    Damn dude, you are awesome.

  • can u give me a minus one this song.? i love it and i want to play your song.. so im asking for a minus 1... thank you...

  • do u guys notice his songs are mostly in the key of E, for functionality (more octaves on the 24fret?) then again its just my theory, wad do i noe.

  • @nbubu1986 A lot of guitar songs are in the key of e. its just usually cuz its the most conventional key to play on guitar.

  • His tone with the 5150 amp and the music man guitars is so much better. His tone here is bit thin. His tone was so much fuller with the 5150 and the Diezal amp.

  • 5 people can't play guitar

  • Cant find my jaw :O amazing

  • does the guitar sound out of tune at 3:41?? Or am I being a knob??!

  • @rapidtranq Yeah i slightly hear that too

  • @rapidtranq i think he pressed the wrong key (or maybe its just his ingenuity idk) but given the speed he plays in, which even when spectating my mind couldnt catch up. i think he's allowed a mistake or two.

  • amaizing... wow

  • Why 5 people don't like this beautiful piece of music? This is ART man !!!

  • COOOLLLLLLL

    keep rock on my man!!!!!!!!

  • woww so much more improvising than the last one. Thsi is one of the great one from him man i love this one. Those sweeps are such a incredible and beyond

  • Am I still alive? o.o

  • 4 people can't play guitar!

  • 4 people dont think hes alright

  • Comment removed

  • im alright now !! ^^

  • always smiling !! ^^

  • i'm the 131 who like alright ^_^

  • Neil is Totally ALL-RIGHT!!! GREAT STUFF!!!

  • why he laughs while he's playing?

  • @AngeloDark96 isn't it obvious? He's alright!

  • Oh God! I love your music, Neil. Master this interpretation, I'd definitely stick with this version, the study is unique but this is extraordinary. One of my favorite practice in my spare time. : D: D: D: D!!

  • I love Neil's music! As soon as I am done typing, I'm back to playing "I'm alright - live version" on my guitar!

  • i love how hes always so happy playing this song

  • Ok, why the FUCK have 3 people disliked this?!!!! Jealousy I'll wager any day. This guy is fecking amazing, he has skillz! xxxx

  • Anyone else think that he's moving so fast at 2:50 it looks like the video's fast forwarded? i'm not saying it is, i just think its crazy.

  • i just noticed how many times he switched between his pickups, even when playing at fast speed, unbelievable

  • its really great that you can smile that much at your own music

  • Really makes you feel alright doesn't it?

  • @joiesalvio absolutely. great song.

  • dammit he changes his notes here n there in every video, i learned almost like 4-5 versions of this song, including the intro n finish of this song. but thats wad i like about him, improvs all the way, he plays A song, but its different everytime, unique. i learned so much to improv in E just cuz of this song alone

  • @nbubu1986 Yeah! I think it's great when musicians play their songs slightly different every time, improvising on the spot. It makes their performances much more entertaining.

  • Who is this ex-backstreet boy that has crazy shred skills?? lol

  • Love how the video editing seems to fit with the sort of mid-90s feel that the song has.

  • Dude. What in the fuck?!

That sweep was fucking orgasmic. Holy Sweet Fucking Jesus

  • Neil Zaza is one of the few guitarist who can make the guitar sing and groove really well..............also He has the fastest SPEED burst Ive ever seen.

  • now,you know why he's my favorite guitar player!!!

  • wow 0:00 - 4:24!

  • Holy . baby. jesus. Those hyper sweep arpeggios are ... unreal.

  • the best " Neil Zaza is the name"
