When was this filmed; it looks very early 20th century. I take it the song was added to the video; it doen't match up with the onstage action. It's a great example of "ethnic humour" from the period though. A really fascinating film, thank you.

I did a little research on this and found out that the song was sung by a man named Edward M. Favor as there is an MP3 clip of it on another site.
