It's funny how she's unaware of the programs withing ICICI. I attended a conference called 'Women in Business' hosted by ICICI where they talked about all the benefits they have for women. They claim to be the only Indian bank that encourages part-time jobs for women with children who cannot manage a full-time role. This among many other things, like a crèche in the office to help women attend important meeting on weekends.
