How to make Tacos with Vera Jimenez (Part 2 of 2)

A lady made me mashed potato tacos many years ago like this but she didn't use anything except a chili on the bottom of the taco, then the potato's mixed with cheese, fried them and then when they came out she put mayonaise in them. They were the best tacos of that kind that I've ever had... I just don't know what kind of chili to put in the taco... have any idea? She didn't even put anything else on them at all... try them if you haven't already... thanks for the video.. : )
