It is a combine roller ski! Where u can do all different technique! And u are supossed to snowplow! it works on those skiis! skate skies has thiner and much larger wheels

While it doesn't matter if you ski blacks or greens. It's not like skiing at all. The physics just aren't there. It's rollerblading on a longer track with poles. Besides falling on your ass would hurt more, as you have no snow to freeze it

Nice that the producers violated what I would consider be a fundamental safety rule of Roller Skiing: NEVER ski in hilly terrain if you don't know how to effectively stop!!

Question for those in the know?

Were these Classic, or Skate style roller skis? I would think Skate skiing would be difficult on a Classic ski due to the clutch in the front wheel.

I have never tried to skate ski, on my "classic" roller skis.

this is classic roller skis. skate skis have bigger weels and are much faster. you can skate on both

@michiganlover The clutch only catches when the ski moves backwards. i have skated once or twice on my classics just to turn it doesnt catch. I am not sure what they are skiing on. some companies have different wheel sizes.

Yes, V2 is a pole for every skate. V1 is a pole then glide, pole, and so on. Where do you come from? In Vermont at least that is the termonology we use.
