  • lol this was cute.

  • Also it looks like this guy needs to play more assassin's creed. He totally missed the haybail and his parkour skills are lacking XD

  • Wow this had beautiful art and animation! Pro status for real!

  • A good potential ipod game :)

  • HAYBALE!!

  • Haha! How chaotic! Love it!

  • This is brilliant! That kid was a brat, the pig will do better, haha.

  • fuck i hate discovering great stuff.. now i gotta spend all day viewing these

  • Stop complaining on what culture the video is being based on....just enjoy the cartoon :)

  • great cartooon is it out/

  • 1:43 lol

  • woops mayans are from Mexico and centreamerica and incas from peru

    anyways luv the animation

  • I thought it would end with the guy getting another fruit sent at him by the pig, but I'm kinda glad they didn't do that ;-)

  • THIS IS NOT MAYA, ITS INCA OR MAY BE QUECHUA, LRNTOETHNICS

  • Is Inka or Maya??? I don't get it....

  • Wtf, there weren't pigs on the inca civilization!

I find this historic vagueness most ignorant.

  • @SpikeShapo

Wild boars existed on the mainland well before colonization, however domesticated pigs didn't exist.

But anyhow, there's also another simple explanation; this a cartoon, and these 3D humans could've been Egyptian style purple Asian potatoes, who the fuck cares?

  • @Azilythe y u mad though

  • 1:09 watch that first step ;)

  • mirror's edge. the inca eddition

  • at 0:58 the baby looks like a bulbasaur!

  • reminds me more of road to eldorado

  • Ha! He got into the Fail bale.

  • I like the end credits best.

  • Ah brilliant!

  • Fantastic.

  • reminds me of emperor's new groove

  • @IsoleChamber

in 1:23 i reminds me of assasins creed XDDD

  • @ConanCimmerio OMG, I THOUGHT THE SAME THING. xD

I was like "Totally reminds me of Assassin's Creed. Accept that guy would fail an Assassin. Badly. Ezio and Altair would be disappointed."

  • @IsoleChamber Because it is based off of the same civilization

  • At 0:49 the kid looks SOOOOOO adorable!!!!!

  • amazing work, excellent,i really want to know how to use maya to make this 2d-liked shader ,you used good especially!

  • Ignorants... You dont know what we Incas our our culture look like. This is NOT Inca

  • it is suposed to be all inka... we got very informed while doing this movie, i just did a mistake when i wrote the small texte. sorry again, but i do not have the capacity to change that text, idid not publish the video!!!

  • Nice but 2 misstakes. 1) the vulture is a scavenger so it will never catch a baby. 2) in Inca or Maya time pigs did not exist in America

  • 3) this is a cartoon!!!

  • @tequit Yes it is!!! but people not related with American culture may think that things are as shown ! A little more information before before making such a effort would not be a bad idea!

  • I´m Peruvian, and the architecture, the clothing, the skin painting, and the hats are Maya... The name of the shortfilm, the music and the condor are Inca. That´s ok, it´s fantasy, but it would be better if the makers of this animated short film get a bit more informed about the culture of their story. Anyway, the animation is impecable, and it´s a nice story.

  • @carapulcradelocro who cares.

  • @styx87 that´s exactly the problem... you don´t care, and because of that, you think anybody does. You´ll be surprised how many people cares about culture. Good Luck.

  • I agree Inka all the way

  • Excelent animation, but that is not mayan at all... All Inca!

Besides that, this is an awesome animation!

  • excellent

  • wow~!

  • I love the sketched ending to the Baby.

    Magnificent work! Gobelins Rock!

  • FANTASTIC!!

  • LOL It's great!

  • I think I especially liked him hitting a rooftop while the bale of hay is in the foreground, though it's not very nice. ;)

  • very nice _:)

  • А хаха клева .

  • lol that's fucked up xDDD

  • c'est très coloré très marrante

  • Great Work!

  • Great Work!

But there is a misconception, music and some visual elements are Incas and Quechuas. No Maya. The Condor do not live in Yucatan (Maya area) but in the American Pacific coast, particularly in the Andes and California.

    Ah! these Frenchmen so inconsiderate.

  • Gran Trabajo

Pero existe un error conceptual, la música y algunos elementos visuales son Incas y quechuas. No mayas. Los Cóndores no viven en Yucatán (Zona Maya) sino en la costas del pacífico americano, particularmente en los Andes y en California.

    ¡Ah! estos franceses tan desconsiderados.

    (Read the translation above)

  • Magnifique, j'adore la dynamique dans la course poursuite.

Awesome job, l'écoldes des Gobelins lives up its name. BTW I live just next to Gobelins metro station.

  • WHAHAH! The kid kinda deserved it...

  • cool

  • great animation!!! but inka and maya are diferents, inka is from Chile and maya from Mexico. anyway i dont know if u are talking about inca in the headline.

  • Man! you are right! 8(

I actually wrot these headlines. The action is supposed to take place in Perou, so they are Inkas! I am going to fix that mistake with the scool in september.

    Thanks for pointing it out!

  • C'est Top !!! bravo !
