No, it did not. Our sun has more mass than everything thing else in our system. Even the smallest of black holes contains several solar masses worth of matter. Any thing large/massive enough to pull several solar masses out of our system would in turn, pull us too.
The Oort cloud and Icy bodies at the farthest edges of our system would also show unmistakable signs of this kind of gravitational pull, which they have not. Therefore this idea is BS of the highest order.
