  • ridiculous anything for money no earned!

  • Yes folks, you're watching the pussification of America! What a country! Pathetic.

  • My brother got popped in the chin during practice with a bat by the coach and my parents didn't sue.I got hit in the ear by another kid during catching practice and no lawsuit. These parents are raising a generation of wimps and whiners with this constant coddling.

  • pussy ass fucken parents !!!!! lock yu pussy kidd in his room so he never lives

  • @gman586

couldn't agree more. need to get a grip of reality. My teammate tore his shoulder, and was out for 4 months.

  • ive played baseball from ages 6-14, broke my finger, numerous bruises, a few black eyes, and a lot of pain, where the fuck do you get the idea of sueing?

  • @ WarVeteranFish

The kid was doing a routine drill where the sun got in his eyes. I am more than willing to bet you (as a coach of 16 years myself) that this coach has taught kids to shield themselves from the sun by A. Your glove, or B. Your cap. The league should've counter sued the family for time and money wasted. The kid didn't make the right decision. His fault

  • @tanman965 I'm not the biggest fan of baseball so I have no idea of whats right or wrong. So.... I'm stupid when it comes to baseball.

  • @tysarge42 So you think all good kids that can play baseball can control where the lands? And because of one accident he sucks? Dumbass.

  • @WarVeteranFish i agree, why would you dive for a line drive.

  • wut a pussy ass little kid and who dives passed a ball when they dive and gets hit in the face with it obviously he sucks

  • YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • my brother got his two front teeth knocked out with a baseball while playing youth ball. WE NEVER SUED!!!!!!!!!!! What is with people these days???????????????????

  • dumbshit parents i got my thumb sprained intentionally i didnt file a lawsuit like a pussy

  • its a sport you know the fucking risk

  • Sued? For that? Wow.

  • i wonder where the kid batted in the line up after the law suit

  • This teaches kids to become wuses, for pete sakes when I was a kid when we got hurt we brushed it off. hell I had broken fingers, and stiches countless times as a kid. never did my parents ever consider suing sombody some

    . parents these days!

  • I hate how everything has to be someone else's fault. Spill a cup of hot coffee on your lap and suddenly it's the coffee shops fault? And how is putting a warning on the cup saying that the contents are hot going to help? Like somebody's gonna be like "Oh well.. I was gonna dump this on my lap, but since it's hot I guess I'll just drink it instead." Something always has to be somebody else's fault. That's whats wrong with society. Nobody can take responsibility for anything

  • @CoreyL11 are you talking about the McDonald lawsuit because if you are then you are so wrong it was her fault for spilling it but McDonald had the coffee way over the limits of how hot you can serve your coffee without a warning not to mention the lady received 3rd degree burns from the one cup of coffee it might have been her fault for spilling it but if it wasn't so hot sh wouldn't have been burned

  • @TheGamernut Okay well still.. Whatever the circumstances were, that's still a stupid reason to sue. But you get what I'm saying. I read a story a few years ago about a guy who was trying to break into a store and he broke a window, but he cut his hand when he was punching it and so he sued the store. People find literally the stupidest reasons to sue

  • @CoreyL11 yeah I understand what your saying I agree people find stupid reasons to sue

  • My friend was pitching at a game he threw a fastball. The kid swung hit off the bat into the mouth. He was gushing blood. He didn't yell at anyone or anything. Because it was no one's fault but his own. That's how baseball is. Whatever you do is on you. Your taking a risk of missing the ball or even getting hit by the ball for diving. If you are even thinking about blaming anyone for what happened or anything you shouldn't of even played the game.

  • As I was taking batting practice, my coach threw the ball and when I swung, the ball came immediately off the bat and hit my teeth, I lost 2 teeth and broke my cheek bone, myself nor my parents EVER blamed the coach!

  • i have had a compound fracture in my arm tagging a kid at 2B and he kicked the bone out of my arm...i have become blind for 2 months when a line drive drilled me in the eye and never have i felt like it was my coachs fault or the organizations...what a whiney dad

  • Suing because of an ACCIDENT that couldn't be prevented by the coach? Jeez, what are they thinking?

  • This is because America is a greedy litigious society, that is rotting from within, and these so called "parents" are the shit that grew up learning that you can sue anyone for anything, get what you can because some asshole lawyer said it's your 'right" to sue. America will get what is coming to it, because Americans want what it's got coming to it.

  • @chivone21 lol. id love for america to get whats coming to it.. lol i live in america and i hate it. the leaaders of the country fucking suck dick. republicans are the worst ppl to pop out of vaginas. lol im waiting for one of 2 things to happen to america. it fails.. or a revolution is created.. the 3rd thing it could become l poor as shit.. constant fighting. homeless ppl everywhere.. and businesses will fail and with no1 paying taxes cuz no1 lives newhere businesses will finally fail =)

  • there's a mexican saying that goes like this..

"in the U.S. you can trip on a uneven curb and you can sue the city, state, government, even the owner of the house where the curb was in front off.

in mexico you trip on a curb, they'll call you a fucking idiot."

these lawsuits destroy people and society.

  • @dudeitsart LMAO !!

  • i broke my arm wen i was 12 playin baseball i didnt sue

  • @DRID27 You should sue your english teacher!

  • @44sox44 shut up

  • @DRID27 yeah dog i broke my finger this year and suing didnt even cross my mind

  • i hope this kids parents relize that there poor clumsy retarded kid will never play ball and should never play ball.. this is a frivilous lawsuit that only hurts them and the town they live in....shame on them

  • Very sad

  • iamlawsuitabuse my msn in profile! Youth baseball coach sued by family of 12-year-old player

  • @150rboy The Boy Didnt Sue him his parents did

  • i bet the family were jews

  • In little league when i was 7 i got hit hard in the face with a baseball and i just shoved everyone away an said to play on no tears no nothing

  • @HotHeadVegeta You srsly deserve a cookie... if ur jaw works XP

  • Is #30 a boy or a girl? Don't blame me for asking. It's the kid that has the hair.

  • In life there are a few things that are for certain such as death, taxes, traffic, and injuries. When you get hurt(and it's nobody's fault, like tripping on the sidewalk out front of someone's house, you get up, brush yourself off, thank God you are still alive, and get on with your life.

  • thats part of the fucking game.Accidents happen. Because of fucking lawyers and lawsuits most pitures r gonna be scared to hit a batter thinking that some dumb fuck will try to sue the pitcher's parents or the coach. What has society come 2

  • omg same thing but it wasnt a baseball my lil bro was only 5 and he was at the park (we have a park in front of our house) and he was playing with this 7 yr old kid and my lil bro and his younger friend where playing and my lil bro throw a toy and accidenlty hit the 7 yr old in the lip and it bleed a little and the parent went crazy they start cussing at my family and the threaten to sue us -.-*jerk* my dad yelled and say "sue us we dont give a sh@# :3" then yea they didnt even dared to sue xD

  • @aznjokernerd you need to learn how to be a good loser

  • @Costoffplus wtf is you problem i wanna share a freaking short story of what happen during that day and you gonna assualy me by calling me a LOSER wow you must be a 80 yr old low life man

  • @aznjokernerd make a video of your short story, no one reads your Wet Ass comments anyways.

  • It is a shame...out of the kindness of his heart, love of the game an for the benefit of the kids, he becomes a coach and gets slapped with a lawsuit. If you don't want your kids to get hurt, keep them at home playing XBox all day...then you can sue Sony for making your kid fat and unhealthy!

  • Ok, it was an accident. This shit happens in sports. I remember being in a karate tournament and I threw a kick and my opponent used an illegal block. It broke three of my toes. I didn't sue, my parents didn't sue. I just made sure to hit the guy extra hard at the next full-contact practice.

  • the lil shit shouldve caught the ball

  • what happend i cant play the vid

  • thank god shit like this aint possible in Denmark...

dont know the exact law, but atleast to my knowlegde it involves common sence and shit happends...

if you get a scatch during sport, well thats life...

if you try and dry your cat in a microwave... well you just got a life lesson that cost you a pet... and so forth... imagine the paper we could save if we didnt need 200 pages instruction manuals, and contracts w/e to awoid lawsuits...

and just a: Grats on your new hobby/purchase! GOOD LUCK

  • these things happen, it's part of the game. the same thing happened to me once: just a regular ground-ball drill, and the coach hit a line drive by accident instead and hit me square in the forehead.

  • When do people take responsibility for there own selves? This is discussing.. Lawyers should be born as a bug in their next lives.. You know its a lawyer that dreamed all this up and encourage them to do this all for "Money"... Instead of realizing the value of sportsmanship life lessons etc.. Now is he not only hurting the coach here and the league. They are actually hurting all coaches and leagues through out the country now. As well as hurting the kids that actually may learn something.

  • poor coach

  • wow that kid's parents are douche bags. That's so stupid, suing what appears to be a good man and a good coach because your kid got hurt probably because he sucks. Wow they said he was negligent in conducting the drill? Wtf, what was there to be negligent about? If the ball hits you in the face, you should have caught it. This is the dumbest thing i've ever heard.

  • it was'nt anyones fault. it was a accident

  • wasnt the kid's fault, it's his bitch ass dad.

  • this is fucked up i think the kid was a homo

  • i thout parents sighed waivers when playin sports my parents did for baseball

  • The same thing happened to me. There was a dip in the field, and I tripped and got hit in the face. It broke my jaw, but my parents didn't trip and new it was my fault. People are crazy now a days.

  • Don't parents sign waivers when getting their kids into sports?

  • i crushed my finger in a baseball game and didnt sue anybody well considering ma dad is ma coach though but still i wouldnt have sued anybody for tht its natural to get an injury during sports.

  • lol jesus christ. I remember when I was 11 (now 19) and I was in little league. I got hit with a baseball so hard in the face as well as colliding with the left fielder. to sue someone for that is just ridiculous.

  • i think the world needs a catastrophic disaster in which 99.9% of the population dies..... i would be willing to be one of the casualties if it stops this.

  • Don't blame the kid, blame the parents. I am guessing the kid just wants this to go away.

  • how is this a lawsuit on the coach! It was the kid's fault for diving and you cant control where the ball drops.

  • Amazing... I got hit in the nose with a baseball, My nose was bleeding and the rest of that week my nose was numb, lol you don't see me suing my coach. God, sometimes I think that this world is crazy, wow, its really sad

  • thats happened to me too

  • Disgusting! Parents like this are screwing up their children and don't even know it! By doing this, you're taking away one of the greatest childhood joys... that of learning and playing baseball... a great sport with teamwork. Probably some of the best times when I was younger were playing or watching a game. When your child grows up dysfunctional, blame yourself! You selfish twit! It wasn't the teacher's fault.

  • are you kidding? I don't even hold doors open for people any more because of lawsuit bullcrap.

  • dont you have to sign those wavers that say that say we dont take any responsibility for what injuries your child sustains or something?

  • dis is bull crap man the kid dove and the coach did not tell him to dive the kid dove on his own i broke my arm playin baseball and i did not sue

  • i say suck it up i played outfield it not that bad i play first now and you miss the ball its gunna hurt

  • a pop fly is a normal play. His parents are over reacting. If the sun got in his eyes, were sunglasses!

    Visit my channel please

  • i got hit in the face with the ball during a game and the league paid for my surgery and hospital bill well they paid what our insuence paid

  • It's wrong to sue over a fall and accidental hit by the ball, now, should the coach have intentionally threw a 90 mph fastball at the kids head....now that's a lawsuit. but he didn't. the world is lawsuit crazy. I was told last fall i was told I could no longer sit players for misbehavior. LL says they must play REGARDLESS! That gives the kids a license to do anything they want, including endangering other kids! It's time to consider dropping kids sports. Let-em play nintendo and get fat.

  • It's not the world that is lawsuit crazy, it's the U.S. Every country I go to, the biggest joke is about how people sue each other over everything here. Other countries stop the idiocy. It's really just greed. It started with a headline: "Man wins $900 million for slipping on the floor" and it has snowballed. Now the legal system is paralized. My state STOPPED TAKING CASES!!!!! Real case? Sorry, you're out of luck. Knowing that--people take advantage of too. "You can't sue me"

  • i agree. in the US, people are like, oh let me find ways to set others up so that i can sue them and get money..

  • Of course, if one kid bullies another kid, the parents of the victim can now sue you for NOT benching the bully.

  • Why would they sue the coach or even how? What happen to league insurance? This doesnt make sense at all

  • If there was NO intent to do harm intentually by the coach, the courts should not have ruled in favor of the childs parents. If there WAS intent to harm the boy by the coach because he was not putting effort in the practice,I would try to sue him too for the injury. If my son was not giving 100% on the field and I was the coach,I would have the kid go sit it out until he was ready to give 100%.

  • How Stupid!!

  • The kid who got hit was probaly some

    Yu Gi Oh fanatic

  • It is exactly this kind of crap that discourages good people from coaching Little League. The activity that made the greatest impact on my life at that time, was Little League.

You play ball, you'll get hurt. That's part of the deal. Get up, shake it off, spit a few teeth out and go to the dentist. This nation needs to man up and quit whining.

  • I assume (or hope) that now the parents of all the children will be required to sign some kind os disclaimer before signing up for the youth league......a hard lesson learned.

  • People who file lawsuits over things like this are the most disgusting people on the planet -- in the same league as murderers, rapists and armed bandits.

They will destroy or make miserable, without limit in the number of people involved, lives just to make a buck.

  • this happend to me and my friend but we dont care

  • This may be one side of the story, but considering that something like this is possible and that there are people who would do something to a good coach is just ridiculous.

I'm angry at the parents who filed the lawsuit, and I'm sympathetic to the coach.

  • How sad for the coach and the team! Why didn't the parents simply ask to be reimbursed for the cost of dental work, if it wasn't covered by insurance? Obviously, some greedy lawyer (and family?) wanted to make some money. Shame!

  • @MyWildlifeVideos ususally when kids play in baseball the league has insurance to cover in case of accident.

these parents should be ahsamede of themselfs. first off why would he be diving for a line drive? secondly the dad needs to get some balls

  • wow

  • While the rule of law is the jewel of our society, the process of lawyers answering the question to what extent are we our brothers keeper and how does our paycheck play into the principles being established we must have ethical considerations for such cases. The fact is that because health care costs so much we are constantly trying to use lawyers to broker the costs. Its the Bar associations job to step up to the plate to stop this kind of ridiculous and often glamor of such cases.

  • This sounds tragic... but of course we only hear one side of this story.

  • Hats off to ya! I think its sad that most people run around with some stinkin thinkin these days. Most only think "what can YOU do for ME" Hell shall exspand soon cause its fillin up. :D
