I have some questions below....

D(down) means" string from which string to which string"

U(up) means" string from which string to which string"

And . . . I am confused about " strum then release "

I didn't realize that skill.

( Compared with you, my English ability is poor. So perhaps you need to type. Then I can find the definition of some unfamiliar vocabularies.)

okay i'm really really bad at singing and playing guitar at the same time because i get confused and get the chords mixed up when i sing along with it. i tried playing the song slower but it didn't help much. any other tips?

with the strumming, if you go down three times (DDD) how do you strum that?

because as you play it it sounds diffrent. Do you strum like one Down longer than the others?

@maartjegirl14 You just strum them quickly. Try playing along with the actual recorded version of the song. That always helped me figure it out. Let me know if this helps! :)

Just wondering, do you figure these out by ear? I play the flute (guitar I'm slowly teaching myself) and I like to figure out pop songs, only I don't do tutorials. Thanks :)
