With a computer you can data mine the Internal Revenue Code. In minuets you can find out who is liable for the income tax. Just remember that all taxes imposed by the Code share 3 absolutes.
1.What is taxed is identified.
2.The amount of tax is given
3.Persons liable for the tax are clearly identified.
Liability for taxes cannot be inferred or implied. There is NO LAW which makes the average working American "LIABLE" for the income tax!!! w w w . truthattack . o r g
