However in this case I have no idea how the Veyron is set up from factory. I'm curious how they got into the ecu. I'd also be terrified to be the tuner!

If I had the money for one, I'd make it faster. However I've also been called a boost junky, lol. TURBO SWAP!

If it has no more power than stock and the suspension components or geometry is no different, it is not tuned. It simply has different wheel paint and interior options.
