But i'll always maintain that we metal fogeys have a unique perspective especially when it comes to trends and arguments that seem to replay every few years. E.g. When Dio replaced Ozzy we argued for years now who cares, both are great. Guys are at each others throats over shit that will soon be irrelevant.

Lots of metalheads that were there in the 80's still complain and cry that Metallica is doing this and that and whatever, instead of making another MOP. Getting a little old after 20 years of the same whining, but you probably agree :P (and dont get me wrong, I do think Metallica should make something good again)

@modplugrad Actually I would be surprised if they did! Unlike many old-schoolers i accept the toll of the bell for that era. Time marches on. They have evolved and so has Megadeth. My belief is that the metal must evolve BUT it must remain unmistakably METAL...heavy,driving, rebellious,dark yet strangely comforting in a 'fuck you' kind of way...
