The video lasted several minutes and the target was moving very slowly(not characteristic of a missile), also no one else in the entire region noticed it(strengthening the optical illusion theory), also no fast moving object or other unidentified object was detected by any radar station. For anyone who wants to get as close to the Whole truth as possible one should look at many different news media. I usually go with BBC, CNN, RT and swedish DN and sometimes even CBS and Fox just to mix it up. There is always (at least) two sides of every story!
