Man it woulda been sweet to live in NY back then, even Chicago or Phillidelphia or somewhere like that. Not even for the Mafia stuff, just the cities. They were so ritzy and glamouress back then, the lifestyle and all. Sure it was a very hard time, the great depression and WWII, but it had alot more class and style. And even most of the criminals, had a code of honour and were even respected.
