Yeah, it's pretty simple. But, dude, you butchered it. I'd learn it correctly before posting another video.

the tuning is half step down, not drop d. and you're supossed to bend the strings and you didn't...

this is so wrong!
so wrong. epic fail.
tune down to e flat. then bend the first string, first fret, hammer to second fret, bend, pull off and back to the first fret. repeat.

Nope, way off there. Bend is all you do...not switching frets. Click me and come check it out played the 'right' way!
Nice try...2 stars

hmm yeah the verse riff just doesnt sound quite as awesome as the record, something must be off. But the chorus sounds about perfect

You are right. Someone else commented on the verse as well, and I made a change on it. Check out my 2nd attempt at it.

Actually, on this particular song (like most AIC songs), it's not drop-d. They tune down about a whole step from 440, in standard tuning. That's where I play also. I have other guitar tuned to drop-d.
No it's not. It's a half step down. The bend during the verse is a first fret bend

its just bending the e string on the 2nd fret no other note
thanks for the tip. i thought so, but it sounds like it goes lower than e too. i may redo it later today.
