@InfoRoom Wrong.. All over the Atlantic coast of Costa Rica is Black and filled with lots of rastas. The speak Spanish, English and patois (Jamaican Creole).

I met Junior when I was in Puerto Viejo, hung out with him quite a bit. Such a great guy...got the pleasure of listening to him singing a lot! What a wonderful spirit! Will definitely look him up next time I'm there! He told me about this video...it's great!
