This is definitely *not* CG. The state of the art when this commercial was made was not this good. Even Benjamin Button (the state of the art today) isn't quite this accurate in lip sync. Plus, how much does it cost to pay a model with a great looking half of a face, for a one day shoot? Compare that to the task of creating and animating a (half) face and you're dealing with a ridiculous fee.
