WCW at that time was a real mess--total garbage mixed in with a few really great moments. Madusa was one of the performers who was always putting out good stuff. I think it says something when guys like Ric Flair will put her over in the ring, too. She's a real pro, not a "diva."

I seem to remember Charles Robinson was seriously injured at the end of this match because Savage, not wanting to hurt himself, put all of his weight down into Robinson and punctured Robinson's lung. Just look at the way Robinson is curled up. What a lousy way to end one of this era's more interesting angles. Savage should have known better than to do that to a non-wrestler.

Yep you were right. At least Madusa seemed to be aware of it and came towards him. I love it when wrestlers have the guts to break character and assist injured wrestlers... Some just act as if it's part of the fakeness and barely help the people they injured.
