I think his chojiin power was the highest, 100 millions, like the other Fated Princes, but, being blessed by the god of intelligence, he was able to fully use them, like in the Perfect Muscle Revenger
However, Suguru/King Muscle was 20 when he started fighting seriously. Mantarou started at 14 years old, and at 16, is at least on par with Suguru in his prime. Mantarou's still got a long way to go, but I think he'll turn out even more powerful than his old man.

Screw Kid, Kendaman, and Kinnikuman Soldier are in the PSP version which is called Kinnikuman Muscle Generations.
