Why couldn't this be a video game, I think it might have been halfway decent....even for today's gamer age, especially the Wii.

Greed was cancelled because it didn't beat millionaire as FOX hoped. However, now since millionaire...sucks (sorry, being honest)...they should definately bring this back. PLUS, with fancier lights and technology that they have now, a revamped studio would look amazing.

This was the all time most tense game show ever. If you think Deal or No Deal is tense. You fail. I remember screaming whenever someone was about to win 500,000 or 1,000,000 or 2,000,000 dollars and they missed the question. I was 8 years old when this came out in 1999. Only one season. After I finally figured out after asking over and over "What game show did I watch when I was 7 that had the word Greed in it..." Hmm... Oh it's Greed!

@RE4man101 Yeah, Deal Or No Deal is just really dull and has WAAAYYYYYY TOO much padding. Its a shame there's not as many good game shows nowadays, Million Dollar Money Drop is OK I guess.

@DrSurprise It was cancelled in 2000. GSN played some repeats in 2005, but they pulled them shortly after. It really sucks.

I hated Millionaire then and I hate Millionaire now for that same reason.

@ngarcia103 I liked Millionare for awhile, but I think it passed its prime several years ago and should just end already, the new "shuffle" format just isn't working. Anyone remember "It's Your Chance Of A Lifetime"? That was FOX's answer to Millionare and it only lasted one week, there used to be an episode of that show on Youtube, but it got removed for some reason.

Fox should have never cancelled this show. Greed was by far the greatest game show ever made. They should have cancelled Millionaire. Greed was by far more challenging than Millionaire could ever be even with Millionaire's clock.

Greed has better music, more of a challenge, and - I can't stress this enough - you can win MORE WITH LESS QUESTIONS. And to add to the challenge, Greed only has one lifeline (the freebie), and no safety levels (except for $200,000 in Super Greed).

For the Super Greed shows the tower should have been like this: $25,000, $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, $500,000, $1,000,000, $2,000,000, & finally $4,000,000. There didn't need to be such a big jump from $200,000 to $1,000,000. After you reached the $100,000 level, you should have been able to keep all winnings up to that point.
