  • Hi Cindy, amazing have much you have lost in a week.

    I'm in the same boat just now so will be rooting you on. :) Oh and as you probably know, you usually loose more weight the first time then it starts to slow down, so don't be too annoyed if you don't loose much within a week again. Your body needs time to change with you.
