his plant foot never left the ground until the disc was gone = no foul

the other foot that I think you're looking at would have to touch the ground before he lets go of the disc, which it did not.

i know what a foot foult is. i also know that jump putts are allowed outside of 30 ft. his foot was clearly in foot of his lie before the release of his disc. but ok then.

It was outside 30 feet, so jump putts are allowed. He didn't step in front of his lie before the putt, he just swung his foot forward in the air.
