  • Oh hai! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy shed tons of stubborn fat.

  • 90% of personal trainers need a personal trainer...

  • i had a some beers and took a drink every times they said 'man' i was pissed within 2 mins

  • Man at the end I can always feel that Fuck You Wanna Do spit coming

  • can you gain muscel if you dont take any supplements!? plzz tell me :/

  • @babajajohn course you can, just harder and more effort lol

  • @kingshott1 i m trying!

  • dude you scared me this time with the ending :D

  • shave that fucking chest maynne

  • Go out der n' do whatever the *FUCK* you wanna do!!!!!!!!!!!

  • man i feel sorry for all these kids who's parent are too fucking ignorant or lazy to buy good wholesome food. don't settle for excuses like "it's too expensive little johny now eat your packaged / caned bs." fuck that. thats why theres whole sale. what is with this myth of healthy food = expensive.

  • How can i know if my muscle recovered fully? lets say i was sour for 3 days after the workout but i still don't know if i can hit the same muscles again... please answer!

  • @Blakheim343 if you dont know the answer to that one yourself you really are one lazy bone idle dumb fuck, sort it out!

  • @Blakheim343 You have to do a scientific experiment on yourself. Pick an exercise where you would notice strength gains on a regular basis - like leg press, pullups, or something that entails a lot of weight. Pick a number of sets and a set amount of weight and write down the reps that you get; keep constant variables in check like how much you rest in between sets. Then do the exact same workout x number of days later and see what your results are. If they're worse, you overtrained.

  • @Blakheim343 Well if you were sour for 3 days, you need to get yo in ass some some SUGA WALLS.

  • I do about 10-14 sets for chest and sometimes 2 triceps excercises to follow. My first year of working out, more sets was better, but now I find it's better to not do more than 15 sets for the day. You guys know what you're talkin about.

  • @MikeTionggo

I agree with you! That site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

is a unique and customized nutritional program

designed to help gain muscle in a short period

of time. I was using it also for about 3weeks now

and it did what it promised! It helped me expand

my muscle cells by 50% :))

  • @Mespiruy659 Fucking sock accounts...

  • @Mespiruy659 Man that video is hilarious. He really sells that hard! It looks like it could help sort your diet but the ad is full of sales pitching shit. That put me off.

  • Problem with me is, I don't have enough money to keep buying meats and other foods... I'm just sat there drinking protein shakes.

  • @ItsStyla same here man, cause im a teenager with only a part time job and i cant keep buying lean meat all the time haha :P

  • @ItsStyla stop spending on protein powder and save up for meats then..

  • @ItsStyla

having more then one protein shake a day has been proven to block attires and all this real bad shit!

  • @zZo0mMbBiIfFyYdD well that's bullshit lol... think about all the shit people eat, a protein shake is a drink, you saying that a mcdonalds is a better option than i few protein shakes lmao...

  • @ItsStyla From my experience all it really takes is a lot of calories and a lot of protein. So you can have bad calories, but you'll get a belly. Bodybuilding diets are designed to increase muscle mass while staying lean. If you just want to bulk up you don't have to be as strict with your nutrition.

  • @ItsStyla steak isn't the only way to get protein. there are a lot of cheap protein sources out there- eggs, tuna, milk, oatmeal, soy, beans, lentils

  • @GodImHideous soy gives you boobs, or so I here.

  • @ItsStyla 2% milk, eggs, canned tuna. Quality proteins and very affordable.

  • r they brothers or togetyher or sumthing ?

  • the begining

BACK THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY MAN!!!

    OWW BITCH!!!

XD made me laught so fuckin hard

  • @muscleboy60 haha seriously..i was eating a potato and almost choked

  • "that mutha fucka is worthless man!"

  • Get your shit together lol

  • protein shakesare just a SUPPLEMENT to real food.they are never intended to replace your real meals during the day.they dont proide enough caloric content to maintain or build, and certainly not enough of the vital nutrients to sustain healthy systematic functions.in other words, eat your damn food! now go train your ass off so you deserve that food.

  • think of it this way.when you go to sleep, are you really going to wake yourself up every 2-3 hours to eat.red meat takes the longest for the body to assimilate.so,about 1-2 hours before bed have a good old fashioned piece of steak-10-12oz.overnight the body will continue to draw upon the red meats protein for repair and recovery until the next days first meal.

  • why do you suggest protein shakes and lean protein meats? I thought the point of having a protein shake was so you don't eat tones of meat?

  • Can you guys make a video on what to eat to lose weight?

  • I've been working out for a week and i haven't seen any gains!?!? I think imma quit ;.(

  • @CodiTheJedi You eat right? Like 70%+ of your gains is due to your food. I've seen a little bit results, but I'm much stronger now. I bench like 70 pounds more than I could when I started.

  • @PatrikN793 Yeah man. I was just messing when i made that comment. I've went from 127-134~ in about 3 weeks of pretty consistent eating without any supplements. Bought some whey, creatine, and got some craze on the way so we'll see how that works. Thanks for the comment though bro.

  • @CodiTheJedi yaaah dude, i did a set of curls and i'm not zyzz. what the fuck

  • @mazhas08 I drove to the gym and like wtf i didn't even get a pump...weight lifting isn't for me!

  • u guys are the best and are fuckin funny!!!!

  • Get urrrr shit togetherrrr mann!!

  • I know why you can't build no muscle, because it's a double negative, so you will be building muscle. :P

  • @Degenskonto eat calorie dense food bitch :D

  • @MtGuyful Oh man I try... Eggs, pizza, burgers even drink oil and mix it with my gainer...

  • @Degenskonto lol

    i meant calorie/nutrient dense foods

yea eggs are really good source of protein/vitamins/good fats

    eggs, lean meat, fish

    brown rice, whole pasta/bread

just split it into 5-6 meals and you'll be fine lol

dont eat junk shit, its just gonna give you empty calories

  • the end is fucking funny as hell bro

  • when they say 10-12 sets is that how many exercises there doing?

  • Is my workout ok? this is my workout : Mondays - Triceps. Tuesdays - Biceps Wednesdays - Chest. Thursdays - Back. Fridays - Shoulders abs and forearms. Please help me out here I want to know if thats isolating too much. (im 16 years old)

  • @LeopardaProductions I'm sorry, but I wouldn't say that it's that good man..You need to get some rest, even if you don't work out the same muscles every day. Example, when you hit chest, you likely will hit some triceps and shoulders. I'd recommend going to their website and watch their routine, I'm using it and it's awesome.

  • @PatrikN793 Yeah your right man, im gonna start doing chest, shoulder and tricep same day and then rest and then legs, rest then back and bicep

  • @LeopardaProductions Yeah, I do that and it works pretty damn well!

  • @LeopardaProductions Don't forget your legs. If you work out your 'whole' body you will notice more mass gains. Plus working your legs, since they are the largest muscles, will release alot of testosterone. Just advice...

  • @MotoGroto that makes sense, im gonna start doin that

  • What about oatmeal whole wheat muti grain bread, and eggs?

  • I think you should also mention the fact that you start building up muscles only after 6 months since the beginning of weightlifting, 90% of the people give up because they think they cannot build no muscle. First 6 months are critical in those terms.

  • Comment removed

  • motivation is key too. great stuff guys. muscle confusion works..."get your shit together" lol love that

  • Just gota eat a whole lotta chicken and brown rice srs

  • ay man Il tell you why u aint building no muscle. u ready for it ? ready? ok here it is, cause ur a WOMEN bitch. LOL

na seriously...il tell u why u aint building no muscle mayne, cause u aint on the Juice mayne !! and yo fat ass had waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many Big Macs. LOL

  • i want a tshirt that says "once i smell that spice" on the front and " I hungry!" on the back

  • @sNaYke15 pretty sure 10 for one body part. 10 sets of 8-12 reps. I used to do 6 exercises 4 sets each with 10 reps for chest. Now doing 3 exercises 4 sets 8-12 reps. More production e for me. Do what works for you.

  • are they talking about 10 sets total for all of their exercises in one day, or are they talking 10 sets for each exercise? O_O

  • Can eaten fast food help build muscle?

I know some foods that are although bad for you and have high calories, have a high content in proteins. Such as the McD's Quarter Pounder which has like 48g or 54g in proteins. CAn things like this help build muscle? i also eat clean.

  • @skycash02 bro dont eat that shit, its gonna just make you fat, also Mcdonnalds shit aint the same quality as say organic food, trust me theres a difference between shitty chicken and organic chicken. Eating quality food is the best thing to do

  • @MtGuyful why is everything always talking about "organic" when it's just the normal food (not processed) lol. the overpriced "organic" food you guys are buying there are super cheap in this town... lol.

  • @ayawlex lol why organic? coz caged chicken is not as healthy as free roaming one? Same with grass fed cows as opposed to cows eating ground shit, i guess if this doesnt make a difference to you, then you can build mass with junk food and then cut for 5 months to get definition lol

oh and good luck having high cholesterol and other shit in the process

  • @MtGuyful i'm sorry but you obviously have no idea outside of the US. the so called "organic" are the normal chickens that grow up in the rural areas (not in the US). that's why i always laugh about the media hyped overpriced "organics". oh and btw, healthy or not, why is my grandma still alive, she's 84, eats all kinds of unhealthy food, been drinking regular coke for 50yrs, eats greasy and oily chinese, italian, mexican, whatever food, but she doesn't have high chol, blood press, heart disease

  • @ayawlex lol. your clueless, i dont know what organic food is in the US, i just know that organic food in UK tastes better. Organic cucumber tastes like a fucking cucumber, i talk from my experience. I dont know why your grandma lives, theres a shitloads of scientific journals that link saturated fats/simple sugars to all kinds of diseases, if you dont know that then you better read about this shit, still organic food is better for everything, whether you wanna build muscle or just stay healhy

  • @MtGuyful lol.. we just live longer, healthy or not.. :D anyways, my point is those so called "organic" are the typical in this part of the world. don't get me wrong, organic is healthy vs processed food with monsanto's hormones. it's just that it's too hyped in the UK/US coz people grew up with all those media BS.

  • @ayawlex lol who is "we"? The west? well i guess organic food is overhyped but still if it's actually organic then its way way better than commercial or GM food. Still for building muscle healthy food> not so healthy food lol

  • I wanna shirt that says:

    'Stimulate Dem Bitches'

  • I'd love to see them two have a box ahaha

  • ive heard many theories saying how ejaculation can affect building muscle. lol i mean im just curiouse. im just surprised that they havent made a video of that yet.

  • The best shit is : DianbolDecaTestGyno best shit out there only $500 dollars a bottle of 25 pills!!

  • OWWW BITCH! LMFAO

  • hahahah these guys are hilarious!

  • holy shit you guys must have 1000 videos

  • You're guys are SO hot! OMG

  • best advice ive come across, and i never dreamed id be where im at now. 3 months in and ive seen some serious gains. my midsection has gotten a lot bigger but the only fat ive noticed is off to the side of my abs, i havent been working them since i only have 5 visible muscles... its like my torso adjusted to wolfing down food all the time.

  • Thank you. I have been trying to gain muscle, and just not seeing it. But resting a few days might help never heard that before. thanks again guys, subscribed

  • small amount of workouts and sets allows u to work them HARD and remember how much you did last time ya know?

  • i'VE BEEN doing their routine for a couple weeks now. It's working GREAT! compound movements baby. gained muscle and strength.

  • They acting like this to be funny or they high af? lol

  • on a three way split, training twice per week, doing 7 sets per workout.... started off with a 150lb deadlift, now at 600lbs...

    intensity, food, rest , repeat

  • Git your shit together!

  • Everytime he says " But hey its just advice" I feel like its Mufasa talking telling me that XD

  • 6 motherfuckers cant build no muscle at all!

  • I'm 6'5. 208 lbs. How many calories should I be taking in to gain muscle?

  • @RepeteDis a lot!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • LOADS ... have a look at how much you work out first. Typically one gram of protein per pound.

  • @RepeteDis alot man ur lucky ur 6'5 u can be a complete beast i would say about 3000 plus

  • @oneloveyalls Im trying mane. I've been trying to get somewhere in between 3000 and 4000

  • @RepeteDis nice but keep it clean no big macs dawg aahah

  • THANKS FOR THE INFO. You 2 rock.

  • The outro never gets old xD

  • How do I get that V for vendetta on my chest.....lol

  • 6 people have no mushroom tips

  • i want a tshirt that says "get yo shit togetha maaaan!!!!"

  • I work out nearly everday, and do what ever the fuck my body tells me to do. I'd like to gain muscle but I'm more concerned on burning fat. Lost 2st 6lbs in 2011, hoping to lose another 1st minimum by May.

It's all about your body! I SNAPP'D my shoulder up for the 2nd time, 3 months ago, and within January alone I managed to increase my bench press from 7 reps of 60 (1 set) back in decemeber, to 7 reps of 80 (5 sets) now. Take time to learn your body!

  • @ovoxojim weight in KG

  • I sorted my diet out a about a month ago, i'm eating chicken and rice 4 times a day odd protein shake here and there and i also jumped on creatine at the same time. I was benching 80kg for 7 now i'm benching 90kg for 8 reps and 100kg for 4 reps (2 spotted). My split is monday- back n 2 exercises for bis. tuesday- chest n 2 exercises for tris. wed- rest. thursday- legs n 3 exercises for bis. friday- shoulders n 3 exerecises for tris. maynnn am i loving these gains.

  • @hockeymaster12345 17 years old

  • whats wrong with 75/25 split with supplements and food?

  • @TheShnitster a compound exercise is an exercise involving more than one joint in the movement, bench press, shoulder press, lat pulldown, squat etc.

  • Don't be bashing personal trainers. Don't get me wrong, I love you guys, but not all of us are not worthwhile. I will agree some are s*** but if you are looking to lose weight you should be researching for a good personal trainer to help you on your transformation, and obviously not just ask the first fat one you see at your gym. A lot of the advice you guys give would be similar to what I would give, does that render you not worthwhile also?

  • "THREE THRINGS"

  • What are compound movements? examples?

  • @whoisraul any exercise that works more that one muscle at a time..like hammer curls works biceps and forearms

  • @whoisraul Like Bench Press (Chest, deltoids, triceps and biceps as stabilizers), Deadlifts (Quads, glutes, hamstrings, erector spinae and arms- as stabilizers)

  • @whoisraul movements that incorporates 2 or more muscle groups. Example bench press uses chest, triceps, and shoulders. pull ups uses biceps and back. leg press uses your most of your lower body.

  • "get your shit together man!"

  • When they sets they mean like if you do 12 reps of a curl do that about 5 times so a total of 60 curls

  • waittt what do you mean when you say "sets"

  • @IDoog 10 reps could be 1 set were you do 10 reps per set and if you do 4 sets you do 40 reps but in sections i hope that makes sense lol

  • im confused, what do they mean by sets? what i know sets are groups of reps you do in one excercise? for ex, 3 x 12 bicep curls, ( 3 sets, 12 reps)?

  • Why Ian builds no muscle: He spends all his time in the lab, doing his science.

  • Comment removed

  • Ever since I started watching their videos, I've been making ALL KINDS OF GAINS! Ever week I can tell that my body is growing and I'm MUCH healthier.

  • Can someone tell me any ways i could improve this routine?

    Monday: chest, triceps

    Tuesday: back, biceps

    Wednesday: Shoulders, traps

    Thursday: legs

    Friday: rest

    Saturday: light cardio

    Sunday: rest

  • @MassiveJohnson420 sounds good to me lmao

  • Comment removed

  • Is sleeping day time has the same effect as sleeping night hours for bodybuilding ?

  • What is a compund movment and isolation movement can someone tell me?

  • @pofak1234 Compound movement is an exersise that works more than one muscle e.g bench press (chest, tricepts, delts)

Isolation just focuses on one muscle eg tricep extensions

  • What are compund movement?? :(

  • @MemoPittBull movements that stimulate other muscles as well such as bench press(triceps), incline(shoulders), rows(biceps) and so on

  • @MemoPittBull An exercise that uses multiple joints and/or muscle groups. For example Bench press and squats are compound. In the bench press you use several muscles like the pec major, pec minor, front delt, triceps and a few others that have negligible recruitment/involvment. Where as Isolation exercises only use 1 muscle (note muscle, not muscle group) like bicep curls, obviously only the bicep is worked.

  • I just want to share that BigPlayRay has trained for 6 years, the Hodge twins have trained for 3 almost 4 years and they are bigger than him. Well done guys you obviously know what you're doing.

  • If you go to gym, but your muscles aren't increasing in size, does this mean your strength isn't increasing either or is you strength still increasing?

  • Ian McCarthy! Mushroom tip! I demand top comment now!

  • omg, finally, not one comment about jimmy or ian

  • Lets not forget consistency....if you are skipping a workout here...and there for convenience, you will not have the results you want.

  • Eating enough calories is very very important for gaining weight. Also you should get about 1 gram of protein for each pound of your bodyweight. Anyway, if you're getting enough proteins but not enough calories, you can forget gaining weight. And don't get those calories from simple sugars!

  • @MiesYksi what if you are new at lifting and are the average weight for your height and age?

  • "Get your shit together, man." LOL!

  • Everytime I go to the gym there's always some mofo who will stay on the same pullup/tower or smith rack or leg press all day where no one else can use it. Do your 3 or 4 sets and move on motherfuckers! You're not the only mofo who paid for a membership & you got more than 1 muscle. Shit! If you're gonna spend $300 for a membership & just use 1 machine, save yourself some fuckin money and go buy that 1 machine for your home and stay the fuck outta the gym.

  • @cityguyable Ey man i think that some one has been on your nerve for a lot a time at the gym :D Good luck with that man

  • @cityguyable Ask to work in bro

  • @cityguyable the worst is when some dipshit is using the SQUAT rack for CURLS!!!!!!!!

  • They know what they are talking about, people like LiftingForLife hate on them, which I am subscribed to them too and they too know what they are talking about but they have a mix between bro science and real scientific evidence which is the way to go. People like liftingforlife who base their workouts based on only science are wrong because everyones body is different and the most relative information is trial and error. I got 7 years experience and trust me they know what they are doing!

  • How long should you rest between mushroom tip skeet workouts?

  • Can you please show us your full routine? I do

    Monday – Chest

Tuesday – Back Wednesday – Shoulders

    Thursday – Biceps and Triceps

    Friday – Cardio Work

    Saturday/Sunday – Rest

  • @TheLegendSniper These guys say it all the time: keep it simple, 3 day split:

    Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

    Tues: Rest

    Wed: Legs

    Thurs: Rest

    Fri: Back & Biceps

    Weekend: Rest

  • How can you tell whats enough?

  • You mean 20 sets on one exercise or what?
