Question please: Isn't anything that would be shown on a "complete and correct survey of the land" excepted out of coverage? And why show what looks like a plat of survey in this video? Does Chicago Title conduct a survey of the property when someone orders a policy? If no survey is provided at the closing, then how does the policy cover property line disputes? Thanks
