Larry is another victim of the housing bubble. Too many condo conversions drove up the price of apartments as well as created unfortunate situations where landlords refinanced on delusional terms. Larry's defaulting landlord is a putz. The only good news here is that rents are now collapsing in LA, thus Larry should be able to find some choice deals in the coming months.
