  • 1:55 wow !

  • Interesting skies indeed - thanks for checking it out! =)

  • So emotinal

    Thank you

  • This one was a bit darker and deeper than my usual stuff, but definitely fun to make :-) Thanks so much for stopping by!

  • Thanks for this nice comment :-) This was one of my "no rules" videos - just filmed and pieced-together whatever odd scenes I could imagine, resulting in quite a variety of visuals!

  • 40 to 44 sec ---- sppoookkyyy ;)

  • Thanks so much for the view and comment! Cheers! =)

  • A very nice vid. Defining moment :: 'traffic cf ants'

Simple things one fails to observe and enjoy.

  • That was probably one of my favorite parts as well - the similarity is uncanny! thanks for watching :-)

  • Emotional, sparkler, calming...loved it!

  • This is one of my most abstract, "just do whatever you want" kind of videos, and probably one of my most favorite ones as well! So glad you enjoyed it - thanks for watching and commenting :-)

  • Really lovely links, thought provoking and very calming.

  • Thanks for checking it out :-)

  • You've captured very perfectly the "feel" of what it's like to be dreaming.

  • Interestingly, I've had dreams like this... maybe that's where I got the real inspiration! Thanks for checking it out :-)

  • i really enjoy this one--the shadows moving on the floor in the house---the rain drops in the water!!!!

    so creative!!

  • This was my "no rules - just do whatever you want" video! Lotsa of variety and all sorts of strange and interesting ideas went into this one. Glad you liked it! :-)

  • I'm subscribing.Pure art.

  • Chris this is MY FAVORITE of your time lapses !!! WOW this is way too cool --now tell me--why did the raindrops look like they were in 'slow' motion? what did you do there? I just LOVE THIS ONE !

  • I particularly enjoyed making this one - it was my "no rules, no limits" free-for-all where I just did whatever I felt like, and why I keep telling you to play with your toys and experiment! :-)

The slow raindrop circles bit is surprisingly easy - in WMM there is a video effect called "slow down by half". I think I applied it to that clip twice so you're seeing raindrops at 1/4 speed of realtime. :-)

  • Beautifully made visual and musical experience, truly an adventure! 5* & favs

  • Thanks for watching and the nice comment! I hope to re-make this one soon in HD... Now that I look back at it, the quality is so much poorer than it than the full-screen version should be! :-)

  • Magnífico!!!

  • Thanks so much for stopping by :-)

  • Well thanks for watching and your prior subscription - all is appreciated! :-)

  • This is just amazing!! I loved minute 1:05 on the dark road, the cloud movement at 1:56. The scene at 1:40 really creeped me out :) Great great work!!

    -Aileen

  • hauntingly beautiful... it's like this video is saying "hey, time is passing, you should enjoy every second of it"... or something like that....

  • WOW!! Fantastic visuals, movement, light and dark, shapes from urban to nature, loved the lightning, overall the movement in general. And a kind of serenity at the end. Very nice!

  • This one was like a video playground for me; a sort of "just cut loose and have an adventure" video, with the scenes and flow driven largely by the "dark-ish" soundtrack... Very experimental! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment =D

  • AWESOME BRO KEEP THEM COMING!

  • I'll do my best! :D

  • man your good. wish i knew how to do that stuff. love your videos

  • Hey thanks for the nice comment! Really it's just a matter of messing around with Windows Movie Maker untill something decent come out! Hahahha :D

  • wow so cool, well triped out

  • Thatnks for watching and commenting! :D

  • Whatever you do, just ignore comments like these. They never work and are a waste of time. So yeah, lol!

  • the time shift videos are amazing (there are chemtrails in these too)

  • Seems like just about everything is more interesing when sped-up with time lapse! Thanks for watching :D

  • Who needs drugs?

  • No doubt. I defenitely get wasted watching this one - swirlies in the eyes, etc. hahahaha XD

  • Amazing!

  • Thanks! I shot most of this locally in the SCV (as with most of my videos) :D Thanks again for watching!

  • All I can say is....WOW!!!!! your work blows me away...thanks for these great videos!

  • Hey thanks for the really cool comment! My pleasure - I have a great time making them! :D

  • Thats cool. I need a time machine like that.

  • Dude - hop in... I'm headed for 100 million BC! Hahahah XD

  • This is wicked! Your a good video editor!

    Keep up the great work.

  • Cool comment! Glad you liked and thanks so much for watching! :D

  • That was beautiful.

  • Glad you liked - thanks for the view and comment! :D

  • Another amazing video, It gives off a sense of peace but at the same time exciting! Simply wonderful!! =D

  • There was quite a lot of variety to this one -in both images and feel; almost like a story but with oddly unconnected parts. Thanks for watching and commenting :D

  • Thank for uploading! I always enjoy your videos! ^^

  • That was simply great!! So professional, interesting, Mind twisting, Spaced out, imaginative...... You got great stuff here my friend!!

  • This one was a treat to make - an "anything goes" project with no rules... I think the results show it! hahaha Thanks for the cool comment and view :D

  • i think everything in time lapse looks inspiring !! it makes you think :)

  • I agree - besides being cool eye candy, there's something very philosophical about it - time and space sort of stuff. Thanks for the view and comment :-)

  • Ah, I see you pulled a Hitchcock at 1:43! This was so out there and the music was wicked good!

  • I really enjoyed making this one 'cuz there were no rules - just being as weird as I felt like. Definitely one of my favorites. I've been listening to a lot of my music backwards since I made this one. I like some of it better that way. Dunno if that's a good thing or not! Hahahaha! :D

  • This one is my very favorite.

There's not enough stars to rate it properly.

  • Wow! Super cool comment - thanks! :-) I wish I could post it in it's native 720x480 format... It's sooo much better!

  • Thank YOU for watching! I had fun making this one and I'm glad you enjoyed :D

  • Brilliant and beautiful, loved this one.

  • Thank you so much for watching and commenting! :D

  • Love those birds flying into the out of the cars windscreen at the start.

    As I said before.

    CLASS;D

  • another masterpiece.

  • Thanks for the great comment! :D I enjoyed making this one - fun to weird sometimes. OK, all the time! :D

  • See, I prefer abstracts---I guess, since you can read into them what you will, but they seem to work better for me. Wonderful display of time going by.

  • This is one of my favorites, too. I guess I like them for pretty much the same reason. It was sure fun making it! :D

  • Class JC.

    Class video.

    Class sounds.

    Class editing.

    Overall.

    A real class production. O.O

    ;)

  • This was my first "abstract", using stray clips accumulated over the years, and my second reversed musical piece, clips sequenced to fit the evolving nature of the track. Thanks for the nice comment and view! :D

  • you should do some work with David Lynch... would be a awesome movie;-)

  • Well, yea it would be nice to get into the big time! Maybe some day :D

  • AHHHHHH ! THE WINDMILLS !!!!! COOL !

  • Muy buena imagen, extraordinaria música

    Saludos

    José Luis León, arpista.

    Very good image, extraordinary music.

    Regards Jose Luis León, harpist.

  • Thanks Jose! :D

  • Fantastic!!!

  • I had fun making this one - it let me use my stranger clips. Thanks for the view/comment! :-)

  • 5stars!!!!!

  • Thanks! :D :D

  • awesome!

  • Thanks! :-)

  • Humm, I saw chemtrails in the sky! Did anyone notice that?

  • Absolutely! It's pretty hard to time lapse any part of the sky without getting some in the shot. I have far more footage with trails than without. What's also amazing is the number aircraft "nav light trails" in my night sky videos. Must be because I live close to L.A. - it looks like a meteor shower at times! Thanks for watching/commenting. :D

  • Compliments: it is a beautiful very illustrative video * * * * * A great Hi from Pino

  • Hi right back to ya! :D Thanks for watching :-)

  • Wow, I loved this. Really awesome. 8 stars

  • This is one of my favorite works, too. Any time you need a quick trip, just click play! Hahahaha XD Thanks for watching :D

  • awesome

  • Thanks very much for watching/commenting :D

  • Wow this is a masterpiece! Fantastic timelapse video dude. 5 stars!

  • Hey thanks for watching/commanting/rating :D

I'm working on new stuff with even better quality imagery so hopefully YT will have the HQ video/stereo thing rolled-out by the time it's done!

    Cheers!

  • Powerful indeed.

  • I'm sure what the message is (if any) but some of the images are sure memorable! Thanks for watching/commenting! :-)

  • I'm impressed. This is a well executed video.

  • Thanks man! :D

  • This is awesome

  • This one was a little out of the ordinary for me, but I enjoyed making it, and it DOES do something strange to the brain, especially with the erie music. If you like time lapses, see Stargazer and Stitching the Sky, too. :D

    Thanks for watching!

  • Beautiful :-)

  • Thnks! :D

  • This is art! Good video 5 ****

  • I'm glad it came off that way - I thought of it as more of an art project when I was shooting the video and putting it together. Thanks for the view, comment and stars! :D

  • Great video! ;)

Whats the title of this ambient in this video?

  • The music is a remix of one of my songs called "Misty Night". This is the "Shifted Mix" version. I haven't posted the MP3 on my webite yet, but hopefully I will get it online soon. Thanks for your comment and interest :D

  • Good video very simple but high-impact, with a music that marks the events.

    Bravo congratulations!

    Mandi Giuliano

  • Great comment - I'm glad you noticed my attempt to select and time the music with short, basic scenes to achieve something a little more "powerful". Thanks for the view! :-)

  • Whoa! I'm totally trippin on this, dude!

  • Yep, it's a brain toaster, alright. Thanks for watching! :D

  • thanks ,very good.

  • Thank you for the view and comment :-)

  • Beautiful video : Thank you Sabrina!!!

  • Thanks so much for watching and commenting :-)

  • Oh my, this goes great with your alien seed video! :)

  • Things just haven't been the same since the seeds arrived! Heh heh heh ;-]

  • The world is weird.

  • No doubt about it - reality is stranger than fiction in a lot cases! :D

  • Evocative - almost hypnotic. Thanks for a most unusual visual/auditory experience.

  • I wish I could have sent the music up in stereo (it's even MORE hypnotic!) AND retained decent video quality but YT just doesn't allow enough bandwidth yet. I may put a widesceen, stereo version up on BlipTV like I did for Stitching the Sky. I'll add the link in the video details when I do. Thanks for the view/comment! :-)

  • Excellent vid, love the music 5/5 :)

  • Thanks! I really appreciate the view, comment and rating. :D

  • This is a real art-film video! Very impressive! Great idea!

  • Definitely a sideways direction from my "usual" stuff, but then I like variety and have been insppired greatly by some people on here :D

  • .. forgot to add this: Truly High Quality Video. Just Brilliant.

  • Beautifully edited video. The Music is an added texture that seems to tie all the elements together. This should be featured by YouTube. I wanna make a video like this! Thanks for posting.

  • Wow! 8) That was such a neat vid! I thought the birds gave it just the right feel. And the shadows moving, too cool. =D..oh, and I liked the car lights..I felt like I was moving watching them lol. And wow! The sky scenes were a trip! What an amazing video. Good job. ^v^

  • Sounds like you made it through the whole 3 minutes! XD Hahaha Thanks for the view and comments :D

  • You're always trying to learn stuff. Thanks for sharing ya learning :-)

    √√√√√

    Dingo

  • I figure if I stop learning then I probably died and didn't notice! All the inspiration from fellow Tubers really boosts my creativity and desire to learn, too, so in essence it's all your fault! XD Hahahaha

  • Thanks, Michael! I'm still learning but making some progress. :D

  • this is really sspecial, so artist.

    u know how to edit.

    mcihael

  • The scenes are wonderful and very good realized! Your work is always faultless!

  • Thanks, Sabrina :D

  • That was a truly stunning video there C.

    Stunning.

I was going to mail you to ask if you had any spare clips you didn't want.? But after this, you keep 'em and make more of these.

And the Techniton's music, top hole.

  • Thanks, Ray! :D

I have a huge, growing library of original clips. The larger it gets, the more likely I'll have a suitable clip new projects.

I'd be glad contribute some clips to your work (especially ones I've already used). All I ask is that credit is given for anything of mine that is used. Let me know what you have in mind. :-)

  • Beautiful and artistic! A work of art indeed. How did you do it?

  • First, thanks for the nice comment! :D

Surprisingly, I used the basic Windows Movie Maker app (after I got it to behave properly) to build the final video. All the time lapse, long exposure, and sped-up realtime clips come from basic creative camera work and intensive single-frame processing of digital stills and video frame capture. I write all the music myself. The ideas and inspiration come from inside and also from the work of others (a few are mentioned in the video credits) :D

  • That's pretty cool!! Well done.

  • Thanks, Chrissie! Hey - which personality said that? :D (grinn)

  • That was Great:-)

  • Thanks for watching! One day I'm gonna have to try making some of those cool animated characters like yours :-)

  • Fantastic, this was wonderful

  • Thanks, Mike! :-)

  • Thanks for this superb realisation.

    Christian.

  • Thanks for watching/commenting! :D

  • The brick at 37 secs had some interesting

marks in them. At 38 secs, the rug did you

know that their is a font style liek what

is on that rug. A real true font style Quite dramatic when I paused it at 1:03 into

video. Those headlights are like the font

style of small fonts which use forms of

dots to be the outline of the lettering I have seen the same imagery on the

ground where I live at too where the

flashlight is used. Our environment seems full of imprints

    on its surfaces

  • TRULY ARTISTIC. BAYSIDEBOB

  • Kind of a new direction for me - glad it worked out OK :-) Thanks for watching/commenting :D

  • Wondrous truly, and i did think about Ray :D

  • I hope I've done him justice! hahaha :D

  • O.O

  • Excellent job.

  • Thank you very much! :-)

  • Oh I loved the lightning and storm in this. Very nice.

  • Thanks, Des! I selected footage from all over my video collection for this one. Lightning (I love a good lightshow!) is pretty rare here, unfortunately, so my footage is sparse at best. Thanks for watching/commenting. :D

  • Hi, it like a ghostly movie with spooky.....

    .....ha ha ha!!!

    But nice to see,

    greetings of Paula(:-))xxx

  • Yes, the music is definitely "haunting"! Thanks for watching :D

  • Thank you so much! :D

  • Five Stars

    Laney

  • Wow, you did a great job synching the videos and the music. Very cool !!

  • Thanks for noticing - that part was tricky... WMM kept crashing whenever I slide/trimmed clips on the timeline. I finally found the "magic" combination of CODECS to enable/disable, and after that was able to sync it the way I wanted. :D

  • Demands so much hard work to edit/delete/edit again, find good software but its worth it. I find it very exciting to watch video's like this.

-From first minute til end was fascinating!

    5 stars :D

  • Have you tried the format 18 HQ stereo playback yet? just add &fmt=18 to the end of the video URL so that ir reads: watch?v=zQlV60R5Rso&fmt=18

    Enjoy!

  • After adding it totaly changed everything, sound was much much better.

    Thanks :)

  • very nice! keep up the great work!! Its very abstract!

  • Cool - mission accomplished! Thanks for watching. :D

  • gran obra artistica

  • Thanks for watching :D

  • So nice , but it's very quickly .

    nutier

  • Thanks! :D That's alway a difficult choice - make it too long and viewers lose patience and leave... too short and they might feel like something is missing. Always a fine line!

  • thank you 5*****cheers
