@bluehorse888 None. Russia and South Africa cornered the market. They can artificially jack up prices of Pd and Pt. Then they can make exclusive contracts between their state-owned mining company with corporations like GM. It's nothing but corruption enticing your captains of industry to betray you by ruining domestic mining and allowing Russia to weaken our nation.
