Behind you all the way on this one. Poll (Sorry, Council) Tax is unlawful the way it is currently extracted from the populace. Curious though about where you stand legally with the practice of recording phone calls? As I understand it the recipient must be made aware the call will be recorded. Am I wrong in this? I do hope so...

BROMELY COUNTY COURT is notorious for taking sides with the woman when it comes to father's seeing their children. All the woman has to do is cry " he's violent ," even though SOME women are violent themselves, especially when they abort their child for selfish reasons. Women need to STOP using their children as weapons to punish the fathers Just because they no longer see eye to eye. It's CRIMINAL to rob children of their right to see their dads when those kids dont have a say in the matter

I question that judges in the U.S. are real judges. I found out that they are simply administrators! We haven't had a legal, real judge in the U.S. for about 100 years.

In addition...a code is not a law...and yet we are told to obey codes!!! It's all legal fiction I'm discovering...

Its easy, u scare people into paying u, by giving a court letter, looking official, county court in this case, people pay, end of story, get the police to investigate it, so they can get paid a nice amount of money, then brush it under the carpet, if your the whistle blower you will end up dead, then get fifteen seconds of news time, i quote ..... not suspicious circumstances.... which is the first time i have ever hear the phrase on the news, its abit like nothing to see here !

I attended court, with witnesses and video footage, They evicted me unlawfully, and said i didn't attend court, the council officers committed perjury, evidence is held on camera. good upload, sharing and thank you

@dunky3940 If you went into court with a video camera to record the proceedings, it was an unlawful act; filming or taking photographs within a court of law is not permitted; a person so doing may be punished by the judge.

If you were ‘physically’ ejected by court officials for filming, you can take out proceedings against them personally for criminal assault; the route for that would be to make an official complaint with the police – and get a case number.

@dawes777 it is not unlawful, it is illegal, my affidavit clearly states my right to use video and audio and the judge is on camera reading said affidavit, she aquiesced, consented tacitly, so did the council, no leg to stand on springs to mind, not that it matters, it's all a scam, truth movement included
