You just take the raw video and cut out the part you don't want with a video editing program.

u can do that with almost any video editing softwares.

i use imovie, and i edit a video, and cut little parts of me walking every few seconds, so it'll skip like that.

you can also do that with windows movie maker, if u dont have a mac
