It probably is.

Things like the placing of the highscore bar looks very familiar and one can only walk up but never back down again (no scrolling of the screen in that direction)

Shoot'em Construction Kit games all tend to look kinda same (apart maybe from the graphical content perhaps) that's why it is so easily recognized when seeing one.

I like the music better :D

Tried it out last night. really hard, but so are many similar games on the c64. Only got about 1500 points. Was this game made with S.E.U.C.K?

I had a play at this game. Not bad, but at game start, the player does not appear unless you move a joystick. Might need fixing here.
