MRI is a degree snob company. There are many of us that trained in the military and have an associates degree or no degree at all and are very compentent at Industrial controls, maintenance and production. On the flip side there are many engineers who can calculate how many foot pounds it takes to turn a doorknob, they just can't turn the damn thing.
