She was an incredibly talented singer. There has never been another pop voice like Ms. Houston, certainly not today, and it will be a long time before we have another. One thing I can say is that I admire her courage to sing in spite of her vocal problems. I especially admire that she is NOT TRYING TO LIP SYNC. I really know ..first hand what she was going through with respect to losing the voice ...Mine was due to having acid reflux really severe for about 6 years. It is a frustrating and hurtful thing to lose the ability to sing..I can't even begin to imagine losing one like Whitney's.
This is a great outstanding performance by one of the best, most missed artists EVER..I would spend my Life savings to see that again, her being alive in concert! God bless her! x

A lot of people don't understand is that, yes she smoked cigarettes and smoked weed laced with cocaine for many years, but it isn't the sole reason for her vocal sounding strained. A lot has to do with her taking a 7 years break from truly constantly singing to keep her vocal muscle cords in shape. Especially for the type of singing she did. I sing and I took a break from singing for just 2 months and let me tell you, it was hard to sing without my vocals cracking and struggling. Lesson learned.

surely she does't sound like she used to, but I still like that. Seriously, that was still amazing giving the fact the quality of the video and 20 years time span from when she first did it. I still can't help but to think she knew of her limited time because of her failing health. So damn sad but she left us with so many gifts to remember her by. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. There will be no more new cds, and tours but the movie coming out this fall will be great. I plan on enjoying it every second all the way through.

Seriously, that was still amazing giving the fact the quality of the video and 20 years time span from when she first did it. I still can't help but to think she knew of her limited time because of her failing health. So damn sad but she left us with so many gifts to remember her by. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. There will be no more new cds, and tours but the movie coming out this fall will be great. I plan on enjoying it every second all the way through.

when she was still alive and made her last concert, a lot of people talked negative about her voice, that she couldn't sing anymore, etc..I really feel sad about it, too bad she's now gone and we could no longer see her singing live again :'(

I remember watching this in 2010, despite the mean comments, I loved the raw passion she gave due to the fact she wasn't able to hit all the notes like she use to. I still enjoyed every minute of it. Just seeing her get up there singing for the love of her fans was all that mattered. Rip whitney.
