I just did my first run of my old T3 with a new Mamba Max Pro 7700Kv with a 5000 2s Lipo. I am currently running 20 pinion & 81 Spur until my 88 Spur arrives then I have a 16 pinion. I am glad I installed a wheelie bar since this thing is mad fast both on & off road but the initial punch of the throttle throws the car into a wheelie every time (fun). I am going to try my Novak 8.5 GTB Brushless system in my T3 next & may load the Mamba 7700kv system in my TC4 onroad.

I am sitting here after just trying the brushless system swap that I mentioned earlier. The Mamba Max Pro is even faster in the TC4. However the Novak 8.5 GTB ESC burned up for some reason (not sure why since it is rated for 2S Lipos. I am going to see if I can buy a Novak Havoc ESC (since it is rated for use up to 3S lipos) to replace the Novak GTB ESC later this evening.

nice my t3 is done they don't sell parts anymore so it kinda depressing but if I could put my sidewinder 5700kv in it I would do it in a heartbeat I have the sidewinder in my hpi blitz I clocked at 62 on my street on a 2s 5000mah lipo 20c

nice i got this clocked at around 59 60 mph with my 5200 7 cell.

after that i had to re-glue my tires.

hey i put my 5700kv in my t3 and ran the 2s 5000mah lipo in it but it did like 20 mph? is you transmission stock or is it of another associated car?

its the stock transmission but i played with the gears and tire size.

hmm well have you greasesd it or anything and on top of that were did you buy your spur gears? cause i cant find any t3 ones at my hobby store

now all four tires are dirt hawgs and have add to much but what you can see in this video but this thing goes hella fast on a 7 cell.

Do you have the same slipper clutch on there. The stock one, yellow or white. Mine slips real bad, i tried to tighten the diff and thats not problem and i even got new slipper clutch. Did urs have this problem

i think mine in the white one

and at first it was slipping but i found a way to fix it

its probly becuase your slipper clutch is slipping try to tighten it up.

i cant belive this truck can take brushless the gear box is all plasic stock except for the pinon
