I dont see the big deal on boosting, personally I'm not a booster. I'm terrible and I've had the game a couple years, I'm only 57 un prestiged right now. Modern Warfare 2 is kinda unplayed in comparison to other shooters. If someone boosts and they have no skill, so? They're at the cap, but still sucks, resume with the ass whooping.
