I did that mission before man and it was called crime and punishment and you go and steal a police car and pull over three vans all the vans were driving at hove beach and niko wanted to see in the back in the van and he thinks that he is carrying a boxes of tvs but there are no tvs he is carrying some boxes of other stuff in there and you go ans take his van away now its going to the lockup man

Sorry, but walkthroughs are basicaly spoiling the game.

I mean, you dont need cutscenes to know what missions you're gonna need to do, plus some of the missions, Like "Roman's Sorrow" have in-game dialogue that makes it pretty obvious just whats happening.
