It was good, but on the phrase "stars in my sky began to shine" He seems to be choking when he improvises with "shine", making listening less appealing. He's also not taking good breathing for higher notes, so they're nasily and strained.

Sorry, but I simply do not agree. People have every right to sing something in another language other than the original. What we have done here is make the message and theme of the song more accessible to a broader range of audiences. These good intentions should be appreciated rather than discouraged. What you're arguing is like saying something like the Bible shouldn't be translated into other languages because it was written originally in Greek. Just my two cents.

nice, but I do have one suggestion, being a mandarin speaker myself, I have realized that whenever anyone translates and sings a chinese song in english, they end up singing far too slow for the song to be as enjoyable as the original verson. Despite the fact that guang liang sings a bit slowly, it is not as slow as you did... just a suggestion. But very good job.

you CAN"T translate a song, if any1 of you know how chinese is written, theres different ways to write the same thing and so the same goes for english, its like translating between languages using a translating, like "believe that we will be like a fairytale," it doesn't make sense in english, grammatically and it doesn't, not unless you had prior language of the song itself, the piano is nice, the singing not so much.. but you cna't translate a song.. think about it... any1 who knows chinese

good piano playing and improv on the lyrics. Singing is good, but i would suggest you sing with less nasal tone... would mean more air from stomach and relaxing ur vocal cords esp with high notes it really makes a difference.

Meon, you have a great voice. Any guy who can sing and be proud of it is well respected by me! Great virbrato, if you wanna try something, try vibrato in your phrases rather than the end- thats wat my vocal teacher tells me. And if the notes get too high, use the head voice. It's weak, but its just as effective. Girls like head voice sometimes >_^
