I installed win server 2008 in virtual box

i am able to open the site in my virtual box

but unable to open in other computers?

at my districts schools, when you open up IE, (after you log on to the comp, via active directory), the home page is LEARN, so is there one server with the computer name LEARN??? Or can i configure domain names for the server, and also, can i configure different domains?
