I bought that machine few years ago and is a complete and total joke. Somebody should sue that company. I ended up donating it to Good Will. Recently I bought Nono plus the Tria Laser. Nono is another joke, beware! It will burn, scratch and get rid of even one hair. Tria Laser is doing decent, I'm still on the process.

This is a very very bad product...I wouldn´t trust anything this website is promoting, they are clearly selling the rio laser as a good product and it is a piece of shit.

It doesn't work. I've been using mine for 6 months with no change in hair density. It takes hours because the aperture is so small. Waste of money and time.
