THANK YOU!! This is one of my favorite movies ever... They tried a remake made for t.v. in the 80s with Richard Chamberlin.... It does not even come close. Great film!!!
Thank you for posting this, unfortunately I have never seen the movie, just bits and pieces on the internet.I am a big Lillian Gish fan.I liked the acompanying music as well.It had such an emotion to it.
I saw this movie on tmovie classics what a great movie acting is suberb the little boy who is he?? he was great love this movie robert mitchem was a real idiot in this film i was scared of him they just dont make movies like this anymore thanks!!
I am huge fan of the movie and loved your spin on it. as long as the original is available and noted as such, our culture is made to be remixed and flipped. keep up the good work.
I stumbled upon this movie through a Metallica song actually lol and would you recommend i see it!? I mean IMDb gave this film an 8.2 and that website is very critical of even the best films... so to have an 8.2 out of ten approval rates is usually a good sigh... so would you recommend?
Well if IMDB has an average rating of 8.2 which is extremely rare, why even ask if it is worth seeing? Are you waiting for a new remake with Soulja Boy? so IMDB gives it 10 stars? Highly recommended B4 some hot shot remakes it with a Hip Hop soundtrack.
Tyzy91: I apologize, but as an artist and film arts lover, I'm greatly offended by anyone who's arrogant and audacious enough to tamper with another's masterpiece, even if it was well-intentioned.
There's a sense that you may somehow think you're bettering the professional score, and are a co-creator by attaching yourself to the film, and that's plainly embarrassing.
And to add insult to injury, the music track you put over the visuals seemed totally inappropriate for the Laughton's film noir.
I don't want you to apologize, because I didn't intend to offend anybody. If I have put a different track into the video and not the original one I had my reason. I don't consider myself so arrogant and audacious as you says. Someone likes my work, someone doesn't. Anyway, thank you for your opinion, even if I don't agree with it.
molto bello sia il taglio del film il montaggio ed il magico bianco e nero accompagnato da un fantastico pianoforte che quasi vuol proteggere l'atmosfera sprigionata da questo video.
i think that is the movie that succeed like aktor of value.....with his sleeping face/ kean eyes, little chin-giving triangle face-with great forehead, tall with broken walkin ,black hat ,and rich black hairs anf finally speech when need to tell something important...

I loved this movie! The whole idea of a man trying to chase and kill two children is horrible, but it makes for good suspense!

If you don't agree with my choices, I'm not disappointed, but I would have appreciated your comment if you had expressed it in a different way.
