yeah there arent alot of peykans anymore on the streets anymore because of its high emissions and its old design and it got replaced by samand as a national car but damn last year when i was in iran, theres so many new bmws and mercedes and its filled with peageuts
I used to take this freeway upto the one that goes towards niavaran (cant remember the name of it) for a year. God I miss my 206 and Tehran. cant wait til i get back

WOW, It's so scary to drive in Tehran, I mean look at those cars, seems like nobody really cares about the lanes, But over all I enjoyed watching my home town. Paykan 4 Ever (ghermez gojeh'e' , shasti payeen, zeid bala ;))
Fun part of this is that they at first criticize the biker they see with "hes not having a helmet on", but 1 min later after seeing a car crash and driving in the middle of the tracks, the driver picks up her mobile phone and start talking about that shes lives above the "cinema farhang" (farhang = culture) LOL its so nicly done, it feels like its all been set up, but the cool part is that it isent... WOW
At the time, my former boyfriend was a police officer and I was trying to film the Mercedes Police Cars to show him back in the states ... My Aunt Nadia was the driver and my cousin Saba was trying to help me spot the POLICE cars to take the video images of ... tehn of course the phone rang and well the rest you can see for yourselves :-) I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Hey again. I wanted to add that it is not only your aunt that break the rules, if you look at the video you will see that not ONE car respects the rules. From the car to left whos driving too slow to that lane, to the cars in front which are zig zagging through, at one point you see 4 cars right next to each other (there are only 3 lanes) + the biker you comment on, and even to the cop that parks in a exit turn, and directly walks into the cars, without considering that it's a highway.
what u see on the video is not a big deal for Iranians, but when it comes to death rates from car-crashes (Iran has a really high percentages in this matter) all Iranians feel that it is the states fault. As im living in Denmark my goal was to point out that the mentality of the average Iranians have to change, if we want Iran to reach the standards of the modern worlds.
quit complaining about its someone else's fault, something 99.98% of the Iranians do in almost every matter :o)

Paykans are so pimp i wish they had them in america my whole town is filled with assyrians me and my friends would be jammin in those things
