  • I have fallen in love with single barrel as of late its just so beautiful i have bought a bottle each month for 4 months now and it just feels so good drinking this

  • how long is single barrel aged?

  • @Huitziloposhli JD say the Single Barrel is aged 4 years +/- , essentially once they feel it is ready to go at around four years. Remember this is also drip filtered through a 10' column of sugar maple charcoal over 4-6 days.

  • lol drink jack and obviously get paid good money for a living. can i have his job?

  • @ScraqpY Certainly not a bad job.

  • wonder how much a barrel is....??

  • @Hamporkcheese Don't know if yoiu can buy a cask of Bourbon...you can buy a Scotch whisky cask and they are surprisingly inexpensive (relatively speaking) as long as you buy them young and let them age.

  • i love jack daniels

  • Thank you ! thank you to help many people to get totaly drunk =D

  • interesting...I heard you shouldnt swirl whiskey since it open up the alcohol fumes. Ive tried it and found this to be correct! great vid.

  • @generfeld Thanks for the comment.

  • where can we order samples or buy the holiday bottles

  • @937michaeltruman2005 You should be able to get them from most of the big liquor stores.

  • Luckiest man alive

  • @AlexxxxPanda Agreed....

  • Liquid GOLD

  • My definition of HEAVEN: Being served a chilled glass of Single Barrel Jack Daniels by a young hot blond in a comfortable hut located in a remote oasis somewhere in the SAHARA desert. And to have this repeated daily for the next million years.

  • @MrVuHNguyen Ha, nice, send us gps co-ords of your location in the Sahara and we will come visit :-)

  • @SingleMaltTv Well, my definition of HEAVENLY DILEMMA: Having to choose between a hot sexy brunette and a glass of chilled Jack Daniels Single Barrel upon setting my feet in Heaven after I croaked. And I can only choose one, not both.

  • @MrVuHNguyen Go ahead, take both, after all you're in heaven, who is going to know :-) A good dilemma just the same.

  • @SingleMaltTv 'my last job was tasting all the single barrel jack daniels'

yeah my last gig was blowjob inspecter to the playboy mansion lol thats nt a job how did he blag that one jk, my hat goes of to this guy, skilled he is

  • @crumlin08 Now that's a job.......

  • JACK DAGNELLS!

  • The single barrel it very solid, flavorful whisky. I really enjoy it!

  • Just an fyi, single barrel whiskey sours are pure heaven.

  • @RollingStone000 No argument on that one.

  • I got a pretty good deal on a liter of this because the liquor store that I bought it from accidentally received the wrong quantity. They ordered a 750mL bottle but 1L came in instead. So the lady told me she'd still give me the 750mL price if I wanted it.

That's the only reason why I bought it. Got it for $50. So far, I'm happy with the purchase. I probably wouldn't buy it again but that's just because I'm more of a scotch drinker. If I'm putting down >$50, then I want it to be scotch.

  • too expensive for me.

  • man he has the most bad ass job EVER

  • Recently introduced to Singl Barrel. I'm extremely pleased with it. Thank you, for your continued attention to detail in producing all products in the JD family. Looks to be a very interesting process. I would enjoy touring your facility and perhaps purchasing a barrel of "single barrel". Congrats on the distinction of "master distiller". Made in the USA using US products , by American craftsman. Can't beat that...

  • go for jack daniels, i love it.

  • Thanks for the comments. More of the JD videos coming this week.

  • nice vid !!!

  • The color is the darkest, but does that matter if it's not labeled "no caramel coloring added" ?

Is Single Barrel even non-chill filtered?

  • @newengland72

Not sure if it applies to all American whiskies but legally bourbon and Tennessee whiskey CANNOT have caramel coloring added (but they do chill filter).

  • @newengland72 while i am not 100% sure american whiskeys never add coloring mainly because since they use virgin oak the color is naturally darker. On the chill filtering i do believe that single barrel is

  • cool video, definitively want to see the two other of the series
