It would have been great to see these two together if it weren't for such a preachy reason, I never thought I'd see Joel do something like this. Also, how many people do you reckon went to one of their shows carrying a rat's ass about Obama's or ony kind of politics?

Obviously I disagree with you, and am strongly for Obama, but an artist's political beliefs should not affect the enjoyment of their music. I listen to several artists who don't share my political positions. Both sides should be able to agree that Springsteen and Joel make great music, and that should be all that matters. Now if they wrote a song for a candidate, that would be different ala Hank Williams Jr. and that dork who wrote Rasin' McCain. But music should be enjoyed for what it is.

Way to go Bruce and Billy!!! I think its fantastic and I hope Barack is our next President! Bruce has done this before but I never heard Billy doing anything like this for a presidential nominee... so who knows? As long as Palin doesn't get in I'll be happy :)
